meet the photographer!

My name is Alyssa, but you may also call me Quara. I'm 22, love to travel, and have a degree in environmental science. I like taking photos of my friends but you'll only see landscapes, pets, stars, flowers, etc on this blog since I do not want to post anybody's faces. The photo above of me is the closest you'll get!

I've only had my DSLR camera since Dec 2021, so I am still very new to this world of photography and learning every day about new tricks to try. That said, I have twenty thousand photos on my cell phone, so I've clearly been into collecting photos for a long time!

So I'm just sitting on my bed, as you do, and suddenly notice an armadillo outside my window. Of course I quickly grab my camera and go outside to photograph it. Bless their little hearts, they're so blind. It wandered so close to me for these pictures because I was standing still and being quiet. Later on I scared it off by stepping on some crunchy leaves!
