‎The one who refuses to pay Zakat will be punished for a period of 50,000 years[Saheeh Muslim no.987],so how about the punishment for the one who abstains from the Salat?

Narrated Jabir (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I came to the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) in order to consult  him regarding my father's debt. When I knocked on the door, he asked,  "Who is that?" I replied, "I" He said, "I, I?" He repeated it as if he  disliked it.
