I really wanna know where/how Stray Kids house those gigantic bouquet of flowers they sometimes receive. Like I can't even begin to imagine a vase strong enough not to topple over, let alone having my table completely consumed by flowers (not that I wouldn't mind the scenery.)

And if they receive multiple in a period of time where the first haven't wilted yet?! Have to make a path in the maze of flowers scattered around the house just to get through.

Fun Story to Share.

I got my (now 18-year-old) daughter into Ao3 back in 2021. I taught her she should always comment - even if the fic looks old or abandoned or whatever. She did.

Well - she got this email this morning:

The fic was written in 2014 and essentially abandoned.

Bethy read and reviewed in 2021 (and was actually the only person who had commented at all).

Today in 2025 - the final chapter was posted by the author and this was her reply to Bethy’s comment.

I used to find the saying "Nobody is going to ask you to make your art" rather devastating, because it sounded like it meant "No one else will ever care. Get used to it."

It's come back to me as, "You don't need anybody else to ask for your art to start making it."

You don't need permission to disturb the universe. People making art is part of the sound of ordinary life; every new violinist has to scratch their way past a lot of wrong notes before the neighbours in the next apartment over like hearing them practice. It is still their prerogative (within waking hours) to keep scratching on regardless.
