“oh, i don’t know, he might. i’ve---i really don’t know a lot about him. honestly, i don’t think i want him to ever be here. he doesn’t know i’m alive and he never should.”

“i’m sorry. oh, well...” she sighed. “i gave up my physical form for my son...if that makes sense. i basically died when i gave birth to him, although it’s more complicated than that. but essentially, we can’t be alive at the same time, so...i don’t know what’s happened to him.”

“i don’t even think i know what a stone field is, to be quite honest. oh, no, it’s city. we’re in the country called england. there isn’t an ocean for miles.”

“i don’t know---i’ve never met one! and why do you think that? do you remember dying? although, i honestly don’t think remembering dying qualifies you as dead...”

“stonefield. and don’t worry, it didn’t take too long for me to adjust, so i’m sure you’ll be fine!”

“awe yes, pet shops, lovely places. though i’m not the biggest fan of the cages. i prefer to let me animals roam freely. sadly i require solomon to be a rather big turtle. pet shops don’t carry such requirements, i fear.”
“you do make a good point. i don’t see many cats and dogs roaming though, so maybe the pet shop is a better place to live for them? i really don’t know much about this. oh, i see. how big do you imagine he’ll be?”

oohh myy gossh eVERYONE. just kidding. i definitely ship her with pearl, but i also really ship her with greg (their married ofc + they cute as heckie). i don’t really ship her with any of the other crystal gems tho? but i have this headcanon that she used to have relationships with humans all the time (this might actually be confirmed, i don’t remember) so like. there’s that. and i may kinda ship her with jasper a lil bit wHOOPs.
