I think the more information we get about Corey’s accident the worse it gets, Daniel & Christian Seavey must be traumatised, Christian had to chase the driver (I don’t even want to name the coward) as he tried to flee the scene, whilst Daniel removed Corey from the vehicle and held him in his last moments, speaking comforting words to him and prayed for him to live whilst waiting for the paramedics. I’m just glad they were there with him, i’m really glad he didn’t spend those moments alone and i really hope he could hear his friends words as an extra reminder just how important he was before he closed his eyes for the last time.

I’ve also read, though I don’t know if it’s true that JC, Chelsea and Crawford saw the accident too and were screaming his name, I can’t even begin to imagine how traumatic that must’ve been for them, the whole situation is heartbreaking, Corey man, WHY did you have to get in that car.

Please, please DO NOT drink drive and do not encourage or allow your friends or anyone to either. DO NOT get in a vehicle with someone who has drank either, doesn’t matter the percentage or if they’ve been drinking water for an hour, once it’s in your system it’s there and it will affect your reaction time, your ability to think and see clearly. I don’t want to make his death and example but the amount of people killed by DUI is astonishing and it can be easily avoided, DUI is not worth your life or others. There is no reason to drive drunk, get an uber, a taxi, your friends or your parents to come pick you up.

Rest in Paradise Corey, you didn’t deserve what happened to you, but y’know what they say, God only takes the best, i think the posts from his friends show how special he was and how bright his light shined and what a truly devastating loss this is, but as you would say, this is not goodbye, but a see you later💖
