I was so excited to finally finish this piece, I loved the dragon crown design that I came up with, even tho the perspective it's a bit… off. I forgot her braids too, that's for a future drawing maybe. I love book Dany 💕

daenerys’ character is so huge that i feel like i need at least two hearts to keep all my love for her. she’s a scared little girl. she’s the last targaryen princess in exile. she’s a little sister to the ‘beggar king’ and his heir. she’s a child bride and an abuse survivor. she’s a khaleesi, a consort to the great khal. she’s a ‘dreamer’, she sees prophetic dragon dreams. she’s a protector, she takes care of the weak. she’s a young mother who lost her child. she’s the mother of dragons, who hatched them for the first time in 173 years by walking into fire. she’s an abolitionist. she’s a conqueror. she’s a humorous, soft, giggly girl with a sharp mind and wit. she’s the mother to the people she freed. she’s a military strategist and commander. she’s a polyglot and a book worm. she’s self aware and too hard on herself. she’s a politician, a diplomat and a ruling queen. she’s a dragon rider. she enjoys nature and horse-riding. she talks back to men. she’s in love, she’s sensual and owns her sexuality. she’s intelligent, cunning and a quick learner. she’s generous and compassionate. she has a dragon temper. she’s a prophesied hero and i love her so much ♥️
