So here we are again... my body is fighting me every chance it gets..... chronic inflammation is no joke. My goal was 3 days a week for exercise and I only got two because I got hit with a costo flare up today and have done nothing today because that's about all I can do. I am happy I hit two but am disappointed. Like if it's not my knee it's my chest or GERD. I did get to the farmers market today and got a ton on amazing produce so I am getting my diet back on track. I am trying to accept my journey and realize it will take time and baby steps.

What I want to do on my day off: go to the Planned Parenthood, where the protesters are, and scream in their faces so they cannot be heard and fuck up all their signs . Hold every woman's hand as she walks in the clinic past those asshats to support them no matter what they're there for and give some support. What I ACTUALLY DO: plan to get there at 9 am. End up waking up at 2pm and prolly go back to sleep cause the geriatric fucks already left to go to bingo. But I will do what I actually want to do one day. Every time I drive past though I do tell them they are scum and pieces of shit who should go fuck off or I throw in a suck a D.

I was sitting at a bar today waiting for my boyfriend to get off of work. I decided to call a friend to see if they'd join me and they were busy. I called the next and they were busy. There were only two other people in my address book to call but I knew they were busy. I then realized there was no one else and i got really upset, shot I am still upset. Like my boyfriend is my best friend but still like I want a best friend. I want someone I can just call and be like guess what bitch!? Come hang out! And they would. And I don't have one. I haven't had one for 10 fucking years and I'm really sad.

Any wraps like trainers here who can help?

I have a knee injury and literally cannot even do a mile walk. I have a stretching routine to follow to help heal but I am starting to gain weight because my pants are getting really tight. What are some exercises to help keep me in shape where I don't have to put any stress or weight in my knees?

I felt great yesterday! I even felt good enough to attempt a 1 mile walk. I even did all my stretches and more last night. Well I woke up with terrible knee pain and have been in serious pain all day.... seriously I thought 1 mile wasn't pushing it and feel really discouraged. Doc appointment on Monday for 3 week check in and I thought it was going to be great but now with this set back I feel like he is definitely going to push for an MRI ...

So... pretty sure I have a torn medial collateral ligament and now need to see an orthopedic doctor :( it's been about 2 months and I should've just seen my doctor when it started. I don't even know what I did to cause it so that blows... here's to hoping no surgery !!
