Monitoring once career DevelopmentWhen I was a kid I want to be a teacher, I like to write in front of the board and have many children to teach but It was changed when I am stage of high school I like to be a flight attendant to explore and go to the place where you can feel freedom and excitement every time you land in an airport, hence I think of practicality for myself and my family what if I go with this one to take these course and then follow my list of goals, I can explore. I'm motivated too to the k-drama movie entitle started which is the actor Han Ji Pyeong started an investment when he was young and start up a company when he grew up and that he's one of his achievement in his life. Changes and development occurring every period in a career and also in our lives.

Family harmony is full of dangerous parts to a strong family business. into line in act or power of seeing and values and strong undertaking to do from family members helps business leaders to make strong decisions that will young male cow the company in a right direction. Family harmony and in competition more chances can outcome from this into line. Honesty,Integrity, Caring,Supportive, Togetherness,Generosity,Respect The family truly believed in these values but their everyday experiences with each other were in conflict with this vision.

 I’d learned that like rays of light that individually reflect all the properties of the sun, we all come from God, divine Spirit and Love, our true source. And we uniquely express the spiritual beauty, purity, and sweetness of the divine nature.Yet my desire to establish a harmonious relationship in this situation was not just for me but for others. I wanted to contribute to peace and goodwill – and yes, even healing – in this community at large.

It is important to know what is your emotions belong to the companent ang part of our lesson , like for example to me I am eager when I am angry and it comes to the point that I am throwing things to the person who gives me an angry feeling which is very wrong and also the example is for us girls which is very moody in one day ,like you are happy but later on you are angry and sad which is a basic human emotions that we feel girls some also do the things before heir menstruation. Luckily we have this emotions to show what we feel and prevent us to be worst. To be thankful , to be sorry have a forgiveness, able to understand the situation around us.

Now I realized what is good and bad that can affect our human lives and what is the effect on it in our different lives. Once we are aware of that thing about mental health we are a knowledgeable person who knows what will happen if you talk verbally or acts non-verbal in some kind of a trashy manners and a bully person , who always dictate what will you do and their bad feedback that talks about you, physically and mentally behavior. We should avoid to judge and observed someone that he/she does not do something bad of you because that is immorality it's not the doing of a person to interfere the life of others and that is the truth. 

 Nowadays every people shows and post what they think on their mind of what is their opinion about that article or any news that can be interested in public but we should put in mind that you know if it is bad and then you tell the person in-front or you want a public affection you should remind yourself always and anytime you want to talk in public make sure to talk wisely and responsibly and lastly is don't embarrass the person , these may be a big impact to his/her personality and we don't know what is the result of that ,that can may affect his/her mental health.

Our lesson today talks about the function of the brain it is the most fantastic control center is your brain, from letting you think, learn, build, and feel emotions to controlling every blink, breath, and heartbeat. It's such an incredible structure that a popular scientist once called it "the most complex thing we have yet discovered in our universe."

We reflect to ourselves as our lives as we continue to breathe and learn at the same time , everyday we learn and build relationship and communication to the other people and think the right decision as much as we can. Although like our brain we can't control what we think and what's our outcome in action. But as a person or a human being , we are partner by our brain , it is the one you can follow and to command our movements.

JOURNAL #5 (LESSON 5)

I felt satisfied and relieved that I know about the different kinds of stress that I encountered in my life although the chronic stress is the most worst experience that I felt before in the past when I was so young, pressured of everything to the society and to my family matters and that time I am so depressed and even think ended up my life but that time fear is the one that comes to my mind and I recall what my father's said that ending up my life is not a solution because it was a big mistake if you commit it and now I realized that we shouldn't be carried away from our problems.

Find yourself and go to a place were you can hang out and go far away were you can breathe and free from stress. I understand it all from the beginning until the end of our topic and to be grateful of our life given by God.

Dealing is very important to win the hindrance of challenges to become more trained or a nurture individual. Though so many experiences that can affect our capability to be initiative the adolescent issues that can't solve in just one snap of your finger but you need to maintain the patience of you and the willingness of hardwork in every corner, but once your working out the issues to have a result of happy living.

We should faced the tasks and have an effective communication to every one and when you are down their are by your side guiding in any challenges that comes to you.

JOURNAL #3 (LESSON 3)

Entering the phase and Late Adolescence is not easy and we should really adapt it and accept, there are so many different happenings specifically to our body, I learned that every changes or development should be really proud of because we are a grown man and woman. It is also caused it to have more self-esteem or confidence which is the positive feedback.

Although it could a big help and a huge impact to our peers in adolescence to mold the skills and talent that we have. Hence, there was a positive and negative effects in our outlook and even in social media to overcome the challenges that you encountered to become mor e persevere and built a strong wall to surpassed that all.

JOURNAL #2 (LESSON 2)

Each and one of us describes as who we are what is our personality about, when it comes to our physical builts,cognitive, spiritual , social and emotional that could possible grow, and help us to express ourselves to others and sum up to become a whole human-being. The learning insights that can apply of our lesson is to being mindful with ourselves of what are we in our society specifically in our house or even outside. We have different attitudes and behavior that we manipulate and control, to show who we are and what you've got as a person.Even though some attitudes are not good as the same as the behavior but we could conclude the emotions and feelings of everyone to become mindful and careful of what's coming from their mouth so that the people would not be hurt and and avoid the possible consequences that may happen to them. Everyday we keep exploring, learning, finding and developing ourselves in any aspects and to follow the path of what makes us happy. We have thoughts that can make as trouble and even do such a horrible things but behind all the ups and downs in our life at the end of the day we stayed up to become brilliant, brave and can bear the smiles on our faces.#p

JOURNAL #1 (LESSON 1)

Self-concept describes who you are , having a self-esteem have a positive and negative feedback its either it comes from yourself or from any other people surrounds you. We admitted that we are not perfect, we have flaws that the people so much see than our good sides though we all know that and we are aware of that thing because we have our self-awareness through our actions and thoughts that we know what is wrong and right after all. We have the personality traits that didn't appreciate of some people. But we all know what we want to be, aiming for goals and so much fear of failures. Although we are not so much true to ourselves and you questioned yourself am I know myself better or if it is enough?

Yes we are thinking of that thing especially if you have your me time, so many involve things popping inside your head and for me it is a self-concept .Learning , appreciating , forgiving and grateful each day. Finding ourselves of where we gonna stand is a simple word but have so deep meaning and understanding and that's also define who we are as a human being.

"MEDIA AND GOVERNMENT: A LOVE-HATE RELATIONSHIP"

Our illustration is shown wherein the people in the media sighted the government which is spilling words that he's saying word for word but his promises are not fulfilled. Also it really get the attention of everyone and really think that can we believe in him of his flowery words or there are also the behind our backs situation which is the hidden agenda involves.

  Sometimes government is not transparent. It mostly shows only some of the information that leads a conflict between the society and the government. In some cases they only show positive news inspite of the crisis that the country is facing.

“The Value of Being a Media and Information Literate Individual”

Every individual specially student must be full of knowledge and information -giving we should learn to gather information's that are appropriate in every  topic we should be conscious in our reader, these day people are so easy and sharing false information without any checking the truth it can create confusions specially to the young ones. We should know the functions, every individual has its own freedom of expression but be aware in every post that you shared. And it is because the disseminating of information is very accessible, everyone could access and share. And it is because any one could access and share information there are no longer filters that could help control the information that are being disseminated. Therefore, being a media and information literate individual we must influence others and we should be open minded enough that we accept advice from others and take it whole-heartedly. Information should be credible and safe to avoid serious risks. 

Technology change (and get better)'s so fast now we have different outlets in sharing information's being a media able to read and write give us good advantage compare to those that are not knowledgeable enough in using it improves our quality of life, improves learning conditions and more well-organized learning units. This basically gives us freedom to express ourselves voicing out every single opinion we have and as a student we need to be able to read and write because it can help us in our learning process we gain information's and gives inspirations specially to the young ones. Knowing every single value of media reading and writing ability is someones ability to share information's that are appropriately-timed and (clearly connected or related). These days we are (overloaded and overwhelmed with bullets, questions, requests, etc) by,images, views, write-up's that tries to sway us to a particular ways of thinking.
