Reyna was just on vacation, exploring the sea when she catches the eyes of a certain feathered serpent God, read to find out more….

I could feel the ocean breeze on my face, the sand shifting between my feet as I walked closer to what my heart yearns for home. Before I know it I dived in and swam with sea life that was around me most already use to me. As I swam deeper I saw a shimmer of light at the bottom of the sea, a reflection of the sun hitting a beautiful green gem yet hidden. I shifted the sand and there I pulled out a bracelet. As I was admiring the bracelet I become oblivious to the eyes that were watching me from the shadow.

This was the closest his ever gotten to you. It had not been long since you had first arrived. He found you intriguing, you a surface dweller could breath just fine in the ocean not once having to come up. He first saw you playing with the water , moving it with just the flick of your wrist. In his thoughts he didn’t realize you had turned your head and looked straight at him.

As I admired the bracelet I caught movement from the corner of my eye. I turned my head and there I saw him. I started to swim closer but then all of the sudden he was gone. I turned and swam to try and find him again but it was like he was never there. I slowly gave up and started to swim towards the surface just as I was about break through the water I felt a tug on my ankle. As I looked down I saw him again tugging me to the bottom of the ocean and then I forced a water current towards him that slammed him to the ocean ground. I swam down and asked, “Who are you?” He looked up and shook his head. Barreling towards me I tried to dodge but then I was pushed, “Why are you here surface-dweller?” He held my down and point a jagged dagger to my chin “W-what? Surface-dweller? What are you talking about? I-I was just exploring the ocean like I always do.” I tried to explain to him but he asked me again “Why are you here? “ I couldn’t concentrate as his deep brown eyes stared down at me, his face stone cold. He was undoubtedly handsome as I observed his earring, a similar design to the necklace that laid forgotten on the ocean floor. I noticed his pointed ears. I don’t know why but I could not speak, his presence unworldly like a god. It not until I feel his sharp dagger closer to my skin that I found my words. I looked directly at him and said “My name is Reyna, I’m just on vacation, I’ve been here for a week already I didn’t think there was anybody else like me here. I’m sorry if I did something wrong I did not know.” My face softened and relaxed. He still did not take the dagger off, I saw guarded look in his eyes and he said, “ You are not welcomed here surface dweller. But you have seen too much already. Nobody must know of me and my people.” As he drew his dagger deeper I tensed up and let the water make a barrier between me and him. My eyes glowing blue as I have never used my gifts like this. “Please, I truly mean you no harm, to you or your people. They will not know of you I swear. It not like they will believe me, I am an outsider to them as well.” Which it true you thought being a mutant wasn’t any good if you didn’t devote your like to being a hero for them and even then they still wouldn’t want you.

This girl was even more powerful then she even knows. Her eyes are a beautiful bright blue nothing could compare to what Ive seen. Her hair softly moving around her as she explained. Her name Reyna, fitting I thought, I then decided,” My name is Kukulkán but my enemies call me Namore, Mi reina. No harm will come to you if you accept my offer.” She came closer and dropped the barrier, “Yes anything.” Hm I smirked, “ Come with me, to my city, Mi reina, you will stay with me, by my side forever.” Silence is all I heard, her face lost in thought, she then came closer, her hand shaking, slowly bringing it up to caress my cheek. “Yes, my Kukulkan.” I wrapped my hand around her waist and there we went to Talokan.
