It took me about an hour or so to convince myself to get my ass up & do something fitness related. Sometimes our thoughts take us on an unnecessary journey in our own heads and we end up over thinking and wasting time. I had a mini war with the lazy-self vs my crazy-self. Needless to say my crazy-self convinced my lazy-self that it's worth it and we both needed to restore balance so we went out for a workout!! And now my lazy-self is chilling, my crazy-self is satisfied and all is ONE. At least for now ✌🏾️ ✌🏾️ Peace to everyone and Happy Holidays... This video is bought to you by my cheesy-self!!😋😆😛

Since I have no access to a gym while travelling and very limited space in our room, I found a quite off road in Tuscany, Italy to do my workouts. No matter what I'll find a way. #noexcuses ever, excuses to me is like a bad habit... Grindin like a don't have a tomorrow!!!

The power of our body in within us! Couple years ago I couldn't imagine myself being able to defy gravity, I never thought I would be able to do anything like this. I would watch others & think I could never do this. I was told I was too old to accomplish, too old to start... Time came when I realized I need to stop listening & comparing myself to others. I needed to listen to my desires within. With a strong will to do I found a way to overcome my own fears & just do it. There were a lot of failures along the way but the moments of success made every single failure worth while. Now I'm really starting to understand what it means to feel the fear and do it anyway..... For everyday that i awake, I have learnt that yesterday was the end and today (right now) is the beginning! Transformation is an amazing feeling...
