I promise I promise I promise I'm on I've had a bit of Wifi trouble since I moved and yeah but I'm here!
Going to do replies that I owe, finally got a chance to relax and get to my batcave for the first time in like two weeks.
[ U p d a t e ; ]
Sorry I haven't been on much, Real Life problems have been stressing me out way to much- also applying for jobs and trying to get an apartment is pretty stressful. I'll try & get all my replies done Friday/Saturday.
”—" She’s going to copy you, just to see if you’ll break first.
"—" Is she copying him? Hmph, he is the glaring and staring king. This is his thing and no one will break him.
He's not backing down--hmph, neither is she--he wants a stare down? She'll give it to him.
Oh great...
"Really you think I’m pretty attractive?"
I never lie, when I say something I mean it.
”—" She’ll continue to stare, she’s a professional at staring matches.
”—” Oh, he see’s how it’s gonna be. Keep staring Derek, keep staring.
"--" She's going to copy you, just to see if you'll break first.
I gave up on happiness a long time ago,
it’s not because I don’t want to be happy,
It’s that I don’t think I d e s e r v e to be.

”They have, a lot. Just be careful, we’ve got some nasty…..wolves at night around here.” Anyone who wasn’t a hunter, or being hunted by Chris’s family, only knew that they hunted in the woods. Maybe their cover story changed when they went to different states, but for now they were deer hunters. It only made sense for Chris to be aware of a rise in wolf population…right?
He tried to smile it off, play it as a joke, but deep down he wished he could explain. “It’s crazy,” he picked back up, “the wolf population just…sprouted out of no where.”
Chris raised a blonde eyebrow, “Cute people you say?” A chuckle swept past Chris’s lips, “Have you not seen me?”
Chris followed in after her, closing the door behind him, “Nice place,” he commented.
Jacquelyn blinked a few times as she stared at the male before her with a baffled expression. He had to be kidding— wolves? Yeah, someone’s been participating in teenager illegal activities.
“I’ve been gone for three years and now theirs wolves—yeah, okay.”
Jacquelyn rolled her eyes as she let out a ‘pfft’ tongue grazing in front of her teeth as she rose her brows, deciding not to question Chris on his ‘wolf’ claims. She calls bullshit, wolves— is that the best he’s got? Let’s just ignore that little comment.
”—Yeah, cute people, which you obviously aren’t.” She teases again, walking in after him letting out a breath. “Yeah, it’s the best I can get for now.” Until she gets enough money to get her old house back that is.
“..—so how’s it been? Any girls caught your eyes? Killer parties or anything?”

”—” Jackie, it’s not polite to stare.
”—” Maybe if he stares back her, she’ll feel equally as uncomfortable as he does.
"--" She'll continue to stare, she's a professional at staring matches.

Erica was still smiling, she felt tears of happiness, the feeling of the familiar scent of family, she smelt of mint, cinnamon and bitterness, the last bit made, Erica sad, but she was more overwhelmed with her cousin finally being here.
Wiping her tears away, she finally managed to answer, “Five years too long, I’ve been great much better”, as she moves to close the door, leading them towards the lounge, “I’m just so happy to see you again, so much has happened” she said, still contemplating whether to tell her or not, she decided against it, for now.
"20 years old? Gosh, your so old now" she joked, "Your own apartment? I’m so checking that out, we are going to your apartment and having a huge sleepover to make-up for our five year hiatus" she said grinning, at Jaquelyn.
Jacquelyn felt good to be back- she had family now, at least some what of it. Family above all, that's what she went by, maybe one of the reasons why she stood by her father's side despite the hell her put her through.
She let out a chuckle, white teeth showing as she followed Erica into the lounge. "You and I both Erica, you and I both." She replied, raising her brows as she looked back to Erica. "Oh has it? Still looks like the town I left behind five years ago, it's glad to see you too kiddo. Missed hearing that loud voice in my house everyday." She teases, letting out another chuckle.
Rolling her eyes, the older girl shot a playful glare at Erica. "Yeah, well, old people don't have sleepovers now do they?" Jacquelyn says, folding her arms as her sheepish grin appeared on her face.
"Just for now-- once I finish college i'll move back to my old house. Although, a sleep-over doesn't sound so bad, we have a lot of catching up to do-- but first things first. Boys."
And you m’dear, have an excellent point. Have I ever told you that you’re my favorite person in the world?
No, this would have to be the first. And I must say, I’m delighted to hear it.
Well, here it is--you're amazing and I obviously love you.

Her little sister had known almost all along of her survival, truthfully she had been putting off telling her human cousin for months now. How was she to explain that she had killed her captors, staged her own death using one of her victims and successfully started her own pack of werewolves by herself?
She felt bad - she did, but Jacqueline didn’t need to know the truth. If Erica could barely sleep knowing she was much stronger than she used to be, the other blonde bombshell Reyes wouldn’t be able to even get up in the mornings.
"I know… I know… it’s a really long story. I was taken, yes. But the body they found wasn’t mine. It was too decayed to tell the difference and they didn’t bother to run DNA or look any further for me. I’ve been in the hospital recovering for a while, just got let out." Just to sell her story, she lifted her wrist up to show her the hospital bracelet. Melissa McCall was an angel.
"I was too traumatized to talk. They really got a kick in the ass when they ran a blood test and found out I was Erica Reyes and not Jane Doe."
Jacquelyn was definitely going bat shit crazy-- this was bad, very bad. Out of all things this starts happening-- she starts seeing dead people. Was she something from the movies? She's only twenty, she can't start having the sixth sense at twenty- doesn't that start off when your a kid? Never mind that, Erica freaking Reyes is standing in front of her and she just might pass out.
The older girl, backs up a bit, her back hitting the closed door as she took deep even breaths, blue eyes never leaving Erica's face. She's faced way worse scenarios- near death scenarios but nothing could prepare her to see her 'dead' cousin. Was she overreacting? Yes, does she car? Hell no.
Sounded like Erica, looked like Erica-- seemed like Erica, yet, she wasn't so sure it was. Hearing her talk felt like her childhood was right in front of her eyes but she shook the image away, raising trembling hands up in the air as she never tore her eyes from her cousin. Covering her ears and closing her eyes.
"You're not--REAL." Jacquelyn said aloud, voice trembling as she repeated a few more times as if the girl would go away-- but she was wrong, when she opened her eyes she was still there, well, this was horrible.
"--Get. Away. From. Me." Was all she could say.
What school year are you in?
