Gillian appreciation

What’s amazing about Gillian as an actor is that she becomes each and every character she plays, separately and distinctly from the rest of them and from her own personality. You watch Scully or you watch Stella (or, certainly, Blanche), and you no longer see Gillian. Similarly, when Gillian is in an interview or on a panel, you see Gillian, not any of her characters. That is the mark of a great actor, and that is why (aside from her beauty of course) I love her so much.

I love the undercover-as-a-couple trope. @i-dont-wanna-wrestle has a list of fics that fit that description circulating somewhere, I’m sure. But one of my absolute faves is Black Tie Affair by the peerless @somekindofseizure, and Sore Luck at the Luxor by RivkaT. But I wasn’t kidding. I kinda wanna try to make Arcadia what *I* think it could have been within the context of S6 awkwardness.
