I saw a couple of reintroductions about, and I figured since I’m semi-active again, what the hell.

I’m Sinclair, queer as hell. Pan-gay-ace, trans NB (they/them//shey/shem. Call me a binary pronoun and die LOL) Been on Neo for ages. Currently working on a series of queer pet characters.

I’m a severely disabled English major, artist, writer, vegetarian, animal-lover, nerd, etc etc. I play The Sims 4 pretty heavily (3 too, but I’m preferring 4 more and more). Currently working on an urban fantasy cartoon project featuring mostly queer and other minority characters.

I sorta took a semi-hiatus, but recently thought I’d get back on here.

So...yo.

Honestly, when I first glanced at the Burlap Wicker, I thought it was some cheap Chocolate redux, like a. Chocolate Wafer colour or something.

I'm struggling to see some of those words in a paintbrush. "Oil Painting Paintbrush" ? "Porcelain Figure Paintbrush" ??

Shenkuu Water Faeries

Based on this post of mine where different regions of the world have different water faeries.

In Shenkuu, there are two ‘varieties’ that are indigenous to the area, “Betta” variety and “Koi” variety.

Both varieties are known for their elusive nature, and beautiful colorings. Like all other water faeries, Shenkuu water faeries are considered wise and solitary creatures, with a fondness for books and poetry. Shenkuu’s government established protective measures to keep both varieties protected from locals wishing to do harm, or tourists who ‘don’t know any better but keep throwing pennies in their swimming grounds’.

The Betta variety are more rare of the two and there have been no reports of Betta water faeries coming in any identical color patterns, though the common theme seen is a dual-chrome and opalescent coloring. While peaceful and tranquil in solitary, Betta water faeries have been reported to engage in aggressive behavior in the presence of other Bettas or even when presented with a reflective surface, such as mirrors. This variety tends to be bottled purely for aesthetic purposes and keeping of these water faeries is considered taboo in Shenkuu culture.

The Koi variety is more common, and considered the more peaceful of the two varieties. They tend to come in orange, cream, and black colors, though there have been sightings of silver and opal faeries. Koi water faeries tend to congregate in small groups in quiet pools or ponds, and locals and visitors often visit to watch these ‘Koi Gardens’, where they swim and dance in the water. It has often been said that the emperor of Shenkuu even has a massive garden pool with a small collection of Koi water faeries for the palace’s viewing pleasure, though this is just a rumor.
