Also, this is a RWBY-positivity BLOG, so please watch RWBY
there's literally nothing more radical in 2026 than believing that humanity can become good news for each other and the only world we'll ever share.
Saving the tags.
Hey if you’re schizophrenic/psychotic I just want you to know that you’re a wonderful person and that you deserve so much better than the demonization, marginalization and stigmatization you face in this society.
Please consider reblogging this/other positivity posts for schizophrenic/psychotic people every once in a while. If you have more than 100 followers, odds are that a couple of them experiences psychosis and that they rarely see positivity posts for people with their symptoms.
Thank you, Black people in fandom spaces. Thank you, Black creators and Black lurkers. Thank you Black artists, Black writers. Thank you, Black bloggers, Black influencers. Shoutout to those Black characters, both canon and original. Thank you, Black people, both queer and cishet.
Your perspectives matter. Your representation matters. You are not bothersome for demanding equal treatment in fandom. It is not your responsibility to make fandom more welcoming and inclusive to you. It is not your sole responsibility to create all of the Black-centered content. You are not "ruining" anyone's fun for demanding better for yourself, and anyone who says otherwise can go fuck themselves. Any fandom worth being a part of should have no room for racism in it.
Black people in fandom, you are wanted. You are needed. You are loved and appreciated. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
And since they don't get told it near enough, thank you, Black women especially!!!
You are not "ruining" anyone's fun for demanding better for yourself, and anyone who says otherwise can go fuck themselves. Any fandom worth being a part of should have no room for racism in it.
I am begging you. Please learn about stress/discomfort tolerance. Practice raising it. You need this to survive. If someone online can ruin your day with a throwaway comment, you desperately need to understand discomfort tolerance and consciously, systematically build that shit.
Also! Stress tolerance is such an important skill that having a learning disability in that area is a major symptom of a whole lot of other disabilities/mental illnesses! Struggling with it is a huge part of life! It sucks!
Am I saying everyone with misophonia needs to listen to chewing noises all day? No. But you need to find ways to tolerate it enough that you don't treat others like shit if they make a mouth noise near you.
No, you don't have to read the fic with your trigger tags. But you do need to be able to handle scrolling past the tags without being upset.
It is hard! But not having it also makes you so so so easy to manipulate. That grandma is racist AF because her mom raised her to be uncomfortable around black people and she never fought that discomfort. Trans people make so many cis people uncomfortable and that discomfort turns into bigotry real fast.
Letting your discomfort dictate your actions and beliefs about things is a great way to become a terrible person. Learn. Discomfort. Tolerance.
stop fucking using the word psychotic to describe bad behaviour and violence already god fucking damn it
oh my god i'm so tired psychotic does not mean violent it does not mean angry or erratic. it refers to a person suffering from psychosis, a loss of touch with reality that includes hallucinations and/or delusions. psychotic people are not inherently violent and y'all need to understand how much stigma you create when you again and again incorrectly use the word psychotic without even thinking about it
Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. That one about the witch who would marry anyone who could get her house key from her cat and it’s revealed she IS the cat after the narrator befriends the cat.
Might I add:
The defeat of the wizard who made people choose how they’d be to be executed
The woman who raised the changeling alongside her biological child
The human who died of radiation poisoning after repairing the spaceship
The adventures of a space roomba
Cinderella finding Araura (and falling in love)
I don’t know a snappy description but the my nemesis cynthia story certainly lives in my head
hilariously, these are almost all in my fic tag. so, a compiled list from the notes (and some extras):

WAIT REBLOG THIS VERSION INSTEAD
"Why do you talk so much about being intersex?"
Over 90% of parents of visibly intersex children opt for cosmetic surgery on their infants.
The ones that don't experience medical violence then, likely experience it as a teenager.
I didn't.
I am very rare in that I did not experience medical violence.
Why? Because I learned what intersexuality was as a young age, and I actively fought against what doctors wanted to do to me. All the way down to legal research on what medical care minors can be forced into. I remember walking into that doctor's appointment with the state law written down that proved that if I did not consent they could not do surgery.
That is why intersex activism is important. It saved me and it will save more.
#INTERSEX TALK MORE NOW AND PLEASE LISTEN
self-harm is (but not limited to):
• making yourself sleep deprived • making yourself cold (not wearing warm clothes in the winter, sleeping without a blanket etc) • not eating • not drinking • eating too much • not looking before crossing the street • scratching • letting your skin be dry & break easily • picking at skin • over-exercising • substance abuse • over-working yourself • making yourself go out and do things even though you’re exhausted • putting yourself in anxiety-inducing situations (even if you have a choice to stay out of them) • triggering yourself • purposefully angering someone who you know will yell at you • entering relationships you don’t want to be in/being around people you don’t want to be around • having sex when you don’t want to • setting yourself punishments • not giving yourself time • not letting yourself spend time with the people you love & know will be good to you
stop assuming that self-harm is visible and easy to notice.
This. Reblog this and let everyone see it
The United States government is the world’s greatest threat to peace and stability.
Professors, bosses and parents will see you having a panic attack and really just be like "Could we maybe not do this on a weekday? It's really easier for everyone if you save your mental breakdowns for the weekend."
Every single fucking time a latinoamerican country implements a progressive law/policy you people have to be all like "how fucked up are we that *country name* is being more progressive than the US" as if it's somehow inconceivable that a country you deemed as backwards and barbaric could possibly be making more right decisions than your imperialistic shit hole of a country.
thats a given tbh cuz we didnt get much help from the "developed world" when the US fucked our countries in the ass so much our economies became dependant on them and theres still some of them countries benefiting from that TODAY so every take thats like "omg how is *latam country* being more progressive than the US" i usually read it as "why hasnt the US not come and put a leash on that latam country yet"

the usa is absolutely on its way to a fully fascist state & whenever anyone says that, there's always a comment that says "america has always been fascist." imo you're willfully downplaying an authoritarian takeover in order to sound edgy. all it does is derail the conversation & diminish the significance of what's been happening over the last 8 months. nothing will distract from a useful conversation about resistance more than changing it to be about the last 250 years instead. it's insidious and honestly straight out of a handbook on how to disrupt organizing
Don't you know that the point of leftist politics is to show that you're the specialest, radicalest little boy ever to post sentences on the Internet?
I see people in the notes trying to argue the "always fascist" point by saying that any person of color (in the U.S.) would say that, and that's not true! Every immigrant I know, almost every person of color I know, is having conversations about the rapid worsening of conditions and what to do about them. There is no smug truthbomb dropping, just an incredible escalation in fear and anxiety and uncertainty. It is insane to me that people feel comfortable saying that marginalized populations don't perceive a difference when that is explicitly not the case. OP is not talking about posts that are intended to educate and historically contextualize the current situation, they are talking about posts that are obviously intended to guilt and shame people into dropping any discussion that acknowledges the abrupt worsening of the situation. While I don't think most of it is meant to be malicious, I do think a lot of it comes from people who are deeply uncomfortable with examining how they misread the situation in the past, and who are attempting to suggest things are stable to alleviate their own feelings of guilt and powerlessness. It's very obvious that most of them do not have more than superficial interaction with the communities they claim to be speaking on behalf of!
one of the biggest american copes to me is that our right wing essentially runs on the idea that it's gay and cucked to want a better life for anyone including yourself. this is the biggest cope in the entire world. other countries are worse because they're gay and cucked. higher life expectancies are gay and cucked. higher literacy rates are gay and cucked. public transportation is gay and cucked. education is gay and cucked and so on and so forth
It's William Defoe from The Lighthouse.
The American managerial class has a disorganized attachment style to their perceived status born from the trauma of former poverty.
The ache of dissatisfaction from their position ironically makes them more devout worshipers of capitalism because they use their rank to numb it.
It's not about solving problems. It's cope all the way down, a long pit of Rube Goldberg machines meant to detach one's own heart from their life for fear of actually being touched by the world they've lost hope in.
Proving that their conditions can be improved would mean opening up to the emotional vulnerability inherent to hope, so they clamp down on anything remotely promising.
It's fucking sad, and I don't know what anyone could do about it.
But we must find a way nonetheless.
Love when Gringos, specially from north America approach the Bolsonaro trial with "I can't believe Brazil has more democracy than us" like we're a bunch of savages with no laws and it's somehow surprising to see Brazil jailing a man who attempted a coup.
It just shows you see Latinos like they're somehow less civilized than yourself, really and it's not the compliment you think it is
Did you know Brazil has set chairs for black people to study in college or get jobs in the public sphere? Did you know Brazil have the biggest universal healthcare system in the world? Did you know we have solid labor laws in place? Did you know gay marriage has been legalized since 2009, 5 years before it was legalized in USA? Did you know we have social name in place since 2016 so trans people can be called by their chosen names before they change it legally? Did you know we have free universities and colleges that are considered the best ones in the country? Of course not because all you guys think when you think about Brazil is gangs, drug smuggling and getting robbed because y'all think that all of Latino america is some kind of criminal paradise
Brazil went through a dictatorship backed by USA from 64 to 85. A lot of our problems nowadays happened because of that, and USAmericans have the gall to think were less civlized than then from a lack of our own instead of being systematically killed, oppressed and taken advantage of
This is an awesome post.
