mariella knew that her older sister was only kidding around but she thought the joke was funny enough to continue , jutting out her bottom lip and humming as if to ponder an answer to the question .Ā ā hm .. i donāt think you can drag me away . i have super important wife responsibilities to do , no time for family unfortunately !!Ā ā her lips cracked into a smile and the girl shook her head , patting her own belly ( which was a little swollen thanks to the baby growing in there )Ā ā we have a lot to talk about ,Ā ā
quinn rolls her eyes "oh really?Ā even if i say, brunch is on me?ā her arms folded she waits for a reply from her younger sister. the pair had a lot to talk about and quinn was curious to get to the bottom of what was going on with the youngest becker siblings.Ā āwe do. so yaā good to go? or do you have to ask permissonā she grins back at the girl.Ā
Putting on his jacket while leaving the conert venue and walking down the handful of stairs towards his sister, Tyler immediately needed to smile. He had just finished a meeting with a band who was supposed to play here in a few weeks and even though he really loved his job, he was still glad that he finally got to spend some time with Quinn again. It already felt like ages since theyād last seen each other.Ā āWell, I donāt know about you but I could definitely use a drink!ā
she smiles at tylerās suggestion, "it's been a long week --- i could go for a drink". she stands at the bottom of the steps, hands in her pockets and waiting.Ā āhow did the meeting go?ā she asks him, curious to know. all the becker siblings had decided to go down very different paths, but sheād always found tylerās work to be intresting.Ā
āIām not sure if it was because of that one patient I had or if it was long in timeā¦but yeah, youāre definitely right.ā Lara nodded in agreement, moving her neck left and right to try and ease some of the tension: her trick wasnāt working too well. Working in the ER had its bad days, and this was just one of the stressful ones.Ā āOof, yeah drunks are never fun ones to have to deal with. I got to have a woman yell at me because according to her I wasnāt taking her condition seriously enough. She wanted me to admit her over night for a single mosquito bite. And she thought if she argued with me long enough Iād relentā¦jokes on her, Iām not that easy.ā Lara laughed.
a sigh escapes her lips, "it's the luck of the draw i guess. we lucked out and got an awful shiftā normally quinn adored her job, but on her previous shift the paitents had been testing her, sheād stayed calm though, as tough as it was. quinn laughs,Ā āseriously?! thatās wild! what did she think sheād been bitten by a vampire or something.Ā of course, i hope you didnāt have to spend too long aruging thoughā.Ā
"what do ya' wanna do tonight?" quinn asks her brother, a smile on her lips. sheād been so busy with work recently, that sheād not had a chance to spend time with her siblings. this was going to be a fun evening, whatever they did, she was just happy to catch up with tyler.Ā
quinn leant against mariella's door frame, she had a rare day off and she knew just who she wanted to spend it with.Ā ācan i tear you away from your husband? just for a few hoursā a teasing tone evident in her voice, with a grin on her lips.Ā ācan we go for food? iām starvingā quinn carries on and patting her belly,Ā āwe need to catch upā.Ā
"DUDE! i think that was the longest shift ever" quinn groans, before taking a sip of her drink. theyād had to deal with someĀ difficultĀ patients, ones who thought they knew best and didnāt listen to quinn. which made quinn think, why did they even come to the hospital in the first place.Ā āi had to deal with this drunk guy, heād been in a fight --- he thought he was okay to go home. even though heād broken his handā.Ā
quinn loved her job, but sometimes it could be REAL stressful. sheād just come off a night shift and she was half alseep, so sheād stopped off at a local coffee shop. of course, she got a coffee to go and she was making her way back to her place, when she bumped into the other. her coffee spilling onto the sidewalk,Ā ācrap! iām so sorryā sheās flustered, her cheeks turn pink.Ā

Quinn Becker was originally born in Phoenix Arizona, she's one of the older siblings in the Becker Clan. It's safe to say she comes from a large family, everyone knows the Becker's. She wouldn't change it for a thing though. She adores all of her siblings and has taken care of them for most of her life, leading her to be quite the mum friend. But growing up she didn't quite fit in anywhere, with kids calling her weird and strange, just for wearing her older brothers hand me down band t-shirts. So she embraced the weird label and soon found a group of friends who liked her for herself. Away from school, her home life was good-ish, her mother was around when she could be. But most of the time the Becker children had to entertain themselves. Quinn got quite good at changing nappies, making up stories and cooking dinner.Ā
Throughout her teenage years, something changed though, she got angry with the world. Mad at her non-existent father, mad at her mum and mad at her siblings. High-school was pretty rubbish, she was a bit of a rebel. Not going to classes, being rude to people. The only good thing about it was a science teacher called Mrs. Wilson, who saw that she was a bit of a troubled soul and nurtured her, Mrs. Wilson helped Quinn feel better. It was then Quinn decided that she wanted to be a nurse.Ā
So Quinn went to the local college, she started to get her training. Then her mother got a job in Atlanta, Quinn didn't want to be away from her family so she moved with them, changing colleges. She'd just got her degree when she lost her mother, which was life-changing. But it made her want to carry on with nursing, even more, she recently got a job at the local hospital and believes her mother is with her in spirit as she cares for people.
