A few FAQs:

All pngs I make are free to use and will usually be connected to the images I stole took them from, with the exception of requests or when I feel like it.

All graphics or collages I make are NOT free to use unless I state otherwise in the post.

I do not own any of the images I use for pngs, collages, graphics, stim / aesthetic boards, etc.

But I DO own my drawings and I will sometimes use my artwork in my graphics and those will NEVER be free to use.

THIS BLOG IS EXTREMELY ANTI AI GENERATED ART. I will never knowingly use ai images and those who do are massive fucking losers.

The program I use is Pixlr. I will never use it's ai tools or functions.

I am not good with computers naturally and am not a professional. Chill.

And I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEMES! I suggest you contact the very talented @hyruleshop / @hyruleshopcomms or someone of similar caliber ( trust me bro I'm a customer of hers, she is SO worth it ).

I almost never tag posts that I have no hand in and I spam reblog things. Main tags are tagged in this post.

This blog is NOT my priority. That honor goes to my pop up boutique @thebeadedtassel and OC rp blog lmao.

Finally, I do take requests, but I can't always do them for free. This blog and my pop up shop are my only current sources of income. I am @ FussFuss on venmo and @ FussFussFuss on paypal.

Prices for requests or commissions are thus:

PNGS are FREE if you ask for four or less. Five pngs are 50 cents and every png is 10 cents a piece after that. PNG banners are $1. Mini collages ( 15 pngs or less ) are $1.50.

Moodboards or aesthetic boards are $1.75. It will be posted as nine separate images. Boards with images I draw or alter are $3, and will be posted as a single image.

Graphics or collages are $1 per hour.

OC collages ( fusion of my drawing, images, pngs, and your ideas to illustrate a character concept ) are $5 per hour.

Art work is $10 per hour ( logic follows that the pencil sketch is less expensive than digital colored work, as all art is drawn on paper first then colored in Pixlr. )

for a while, my husband worked as a call handler for the ambulance service. during his training, they had a talk from someone wanting to introduce new policy and he wanted to use my husband's group as a tester group. fun, right?

well, the talk was about how saying suicide was triggering. if a caller says theyre suicidal, the handlers should say "unalive" instead, because saying the word might actually trigger the suicidal person.

if the caller says they were raped and need help, the handler should say "S A" instead, because rape is triggering.

I don't know about you, but if I phoned up the ambulance service to ask for help because I want to die, I wouldn't want them using tiktok speak and trivialising the issue. I think that would make me less likely to ever ask for help. SAY THE WORDS. how are we supposed to address the problem if we can't even name the fucking problem.

luckily, my husbands main instructor literally said "well, that's fucking stupid" to the man wanting to introduce this policy and it hasn't been implemented. but it might. we are watching language be erased. NAME. THE. PROBLEM.

I wish I were making this up, I wish I could say I was exaggerating. I'm not.

So fun fact, people who are trained in helping to deescalate suicidal people will always say to put it bluntly.

“Do you want to kill yourself?”

A, it has the benefit of making sure everyone is on the same page. Self-harm and attempting suicide are two different things. You can want to harm yourself without wanting to kill yourself. It can also let you know if the person is passively suicidal or if they’re in the process of killing themselves.

B, stigmatizing suicide leads to more suicides.

C, you will not cause someone to kill themselves by saying the word suicide. It is not a magic word that speaking the name of will cause someone to jump off a roof.

@jubs here, today, to tell you about a feature we're building: Comments by author!

Comments (or replies) have been around for a while, but they have always been tucked away from your regular feed, and so we're working on a few ways to integrate them into the rest of our experience.

Soon, blogs will have a Comments tab alongside Posts, Likes, and Following. There, you will be able to see posts other people have been commenting on, and, more importantly, find your own comments! This was not possible before, except through notifications if someone engaged with your comment.

We're also working on a way to surface posts commented on by people you follow in your feeds. You will be able to find those in the For You tab, and later, alongside chronological posts in the Following tab.

So, how do you identify those posts in the feeds?

Replied posts will show a small preview right there in your dashboard, before you click anything.

This is not out yet, but soon! In the meantime, tell us what you think and expect from this! ☺︎

A big benefit of having comments enabled for all blogs is this will increase accountability and quality of comments because each blog would now think twice before writing a toxic comment, knowing it will be visible to everyone. If we make this opt-in, then we will lose this benefit and both spammers and trolls will continue their current behavior and limited accountability

My resolution last year was to do one thing before bed that would make my morning feel easier, and that’s become a daily habit that I’m carrying into this new year.

Some nights even filling up the kettle and setting an empty mug out for my morning tea felt hard. But I was always thankful for it in the morning.

Other nights, one thing would lead to another, and I’d wake up in a clean house with everything ready to go.

And, on a rare few nights, the one thing that I could do to make my morning easier was going straight to bed and allowing myself to rest.

What stayed the same each day is that I would take a moment to think of what I could do for my future self and do it, even after a hard day. And I would wake up knowing that I had done my best and any effort—no matter how small—was a kindness to myself.

didn't wanna post this on my main account or at all, really, because i always feel so bad asking for help BUT i just wanted to say that unfortunately... while it does seem like i have a job on the horizon (hopefully GOD i am so done with this job hunt i've been doing, but i think i did well at the two interviews i went to today), if anyone could spare like five bucks perhaps or literally anything, i would be SO grateful because i would like to get one thing or two from the grocery store to eat though i unfortunately just don't have a lot of money to the point where it just won't go far in most stores at all (and i have depleted what i had left before, which was like 30 dollars, with basically feeding myself + getting gas) and just to confirm, i am more than willing to pay people back once i have the money if you were to donate anything and/or make you graphics if you'd like!!
