My pms induced mood swings have been so so bad the past two cycles and I don't know what to do about it. It hasn't been this bad in a really long time and I feel like my anxiety is out of control on top of being extra fucking sad and tired. its effecting so many aspects of my life and I just want it to stop but idk how to manage it or make it stop bc it's so strong and so abrupt at times , and like I know it's happening in the moment but it's a train of emotions that has a mind of its own. Fuck I'm trying so so hard to be more responsible and healthy and a better person overall and like two weeks out of the month it all just halts. and then I have to recover from it so it hurts my progress. I just wish I didn't have to deal with all of this bc the things I'm trying to work on are hard enough without it. especially because it physically makes me exhausted and like when I have the time to be productive all I want to do is sleep and relax. I need help but I don't think it's something anyone can help me with and it's scary and sad):
