Hello! I just found you today and I really love your art. If it's okay can you do a tutorial on how you draw grizzy's hair? I've tried drawing it before but it always ends up not looking like him T-T

hi sorry i dont really use tumblr that much recently, so i only saw this now

for his hair, i generally just use the curvy lines i drew on the top right on drawing his strands, as curly hair works differently that straight/wavy hair

you can generally map out the shape of his hair on how you want it, you can be creative with it tbh, then start mapping out the strands (i generally like to start by his hairline going outwards)

once you get all the strands down, you can adjust it by adding or removing some until it looks fine with you, just always use lots of references! screenshot him from vids, use his ig pics!

if you find drawing individual strands harder, you can go for a more solid shape but like i stated on the first image, dont just go and draw him looking like a cloud and making him look goofy.

try to go for a shape similar to his irl hair, then draw some individual strands to not make it look so stiff

i hope this makes sense!! i do not have curly hair myself and this is just how i taught myself to draw them, i basically just always use references with it
