diet update!!

woke up with the worst cravings guys omg getting back into this is so tough. i’m feeling science-y, so i’m going to make a new plan to try to optimize weight loss without working out too much since i’m not really in a position where i can (currently staying with my parents in a place where outdoor activity is a lil dangerous) by utilizing cyclical ketosis. since i’m already up in weight and i know that worst case scenario with this plan i’ll just plateau, i feel pretty good about it.
so here’s the new plan:
day one: no carbs, <1200 cals
day two: no carbs, <1000 cals
day three: no carbs, <1000 cals
day four: no carbs, <800 cals
day five: anything, <600 cals
day six: anything, <600 cals
day seven: liquid fast, 0 cals
i’ll be most active on the days i’m getting the most calories - i’ll do some walking with a goal to burn 300.
my bmr is 1440, so the math would work out like this:
day one: 1200 - 1440 - 300 = -540
day two: 1000 - 1440 = -440
day three: 1000 - 1440 = -440
day four: 800 - 1440 = -640
day five: 600 - 1440 = -840
day six: 600 - 1440 = -840
day seven: 0 - 1440 = -1440
with this i should lose about a pound and a half per week, and it should be guaranteed fat loss for most of it since i’m in ketosis. hopefully that means i’ll be to my goal weight by halloween!!
i’ve been avoiding carbs today to get it started. if anyone has any tips lmk!!
