20th July, 2026 is by far the darkest day faced by the Indian youth in the 21st century. A peaceful protest turned violent, people meant to protect the citizens using unnecessary violence, tearing clothes and breaking bones all while the Ministers who decide our future are sitting in the parliament discussing a bill that means nothing.

When I was 18 I aspired to be a part of the Indian Army, something I wanted more than anything, something I gave up a lot for. I wanted to fight for a country known for its kindness. A country that helps other countries in need, a country that would stand up for the weak, but in the last few years I have realised that India’s kindness doesn’t extend to it’s own people.

Almost 80 years ago, at the dawn of independence, Former Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru had said and I quote “…that it is fitting that at this solemn moment we take the pledge of dedication to the service of India and her people, and to the still larger cause of humanity”.

This pledge still stays relevant, especially to this day, when a government made of the people, by the people and for the people has completely ignored its people.

I hope everyone who witnessed and was a part of the protests is safe and sound.

Hold your loved ones a little closer tonight and dream big because this will not be the end.

TBZ losing a member, not getting paid, having to plan and finance everything they’re doing, fighting a court case and on TOP of all this managing to still put out content for fans is a testament to how much they like not only what they’re doing but also their fans. I hope they win the case, I hope they get to do what they want and I hope they get a happy ending. If there’s anything this past year has shown us is that they’re willing to put in the effort to keep going even if all the cards are against them and I feel lucky to be a fan of theirs (Even though I stopped posting tbz content last year) because I’ve never seen people so dedicated and giving towards their fans. I hope all of you support them through this tough part of their careers cause I sure as hell am gonna 😋
