June upload is a FLASHBACK! 

So...kind of crazy, but it's been about six years since AX Idol happened. In 2011 I flew out from Boston to L.A to go to AX and hang out with one of my best friends, and I also participated in AX Idol, which now no longer exists. I won the singing portion of the competition, and my prize was getting to record this song and have it mixed in a professional studio. I never posted the cover on youtube though. (however there is a really old version of me singing this song on my OLD channel from like...2007 which I will not post LOL) So, since June has been incredibly hectic, and since AX is only a few days away, I figured it might be kind of fun to share this with you guys!

Oh man, have you listened to the Bright Sessions? I was introduced to it through my Audio Narrative and Podcast Class and it's my favorite Audio Drama series right now and I'm absolutely in love with it. Lauren Shippen, the writer, is an absolute gift

I’m happy to announce I voice JJ for the game/site DQ World, where kids can learn how to be safe on the internet! :) Really excited about my first little boy role!

How do you feel about Audio Dramas?

Oh man, I LOVE audio dramas. I used to act in them more, but I haven’t done as much lately. I’m in one audio drama right now called Terris Magic, which is a fantasy drama! Very cute and fun.

I used to do Shakespeare audio dramas for Pendant (which is a site that has a lot of audio dramas). And I used to do a few more for Vocal-Loco, I site I helped start but unfortunately don’t have time for really anymore. I wrote one for there too. :)

My friend also just gave me a few podcasts in audio drama style to listen to. There’s this one called Rabbits which I’m really looking forward to!

What would Sucy think of Ren and Stimpy?

I actually haven’t watched a lot of Ren and Stimpy but based on the art and what I know, she’d PROBABLY like it cause it’s super weird and Sucy loves weird things LOL

VOICE ACTORS

Every audition and every role is a new experience, and gets you doing what you love to do most. They’re all steps forward. Never get too bummed about not landing a role, because there will always be new opportunities. Just keep auditioning and keep moving forward.

What are your favorite childhood cartoons and anime?

Great question omg!

As far as cartoons go, I loved Scooby Doo A LOT as a kid. And Talespin/Duck Tales/Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers/Darkwing Duck. I also really loved Spongebob, Fairly Odd Parents, and Danny Phantom too TBH, my brother and I would watch those together!

For anime, I loved Pokemon, Digimon, Cardcaptors, Sailor Moon and Yu-Gi-Oh, ALOT. Seto Kaiba is my original husbando LOLLOL Yu-gi-Oh was kind of my “gateway” anime LOL. From there I was really into Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fruits Basket, Spiral, E’s Otherwise, & Chrono Crusade. These were some of the anime that really shaped my love of anime and anime dubs tbh. I love a lot of these shows still!!!

I am super super excited to announce that I provide additional voices in Persona 5 !! You can hear me in some of the later palaces and as students etc! I can't even begin to explain how honored I am to be in this game. The Persona series is probably one of my all time favorite series, especially Persona 4, so to be a part of this means so much to me! A dream come true!!

What are your favorite video game franchises?

OH MAN

I AM SO HAPPY TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION CAUSE I LOVE VIDEO GAMES

Okay so I think my all time favorite franchise is PROBABLY Zelda. Majora’s Mask is my all time favorite game, but I love Twilight Princess, Windwaker, OOT and I am currently ADORING everything about Breath of the Wild!

I also have always been a huge Pokemon fan, currently playing Moon and I’m loving how different it is. (And tbh I still am obsessed with Pokemon GO)

Persona is probably my other favorite game. P4 is probably my second favorite game of all time, and I’m super hype about P5 coming out so soon!! :D

Phoenix Wright is one of my fav series of all time too, the main three games are so freaking fantastic! I haven’t started the new one yet, but I’ve played all the others!!

I also love Fire Emblem (Awakening is my fav and I’m currently playing through Birthright), Final Fantasy (X/X-2 is my fav), Tales (Zestiria is my fav), Animal Crossing and not a franchise but I’m a huge fan of Until Dawn LOL!

It’s so awesome that you’ve written some fan mail and received some great responses back! Currently I don’t have a place where you can do that. However you can always message me and on twitter or tumblr and I’ll try and answer as soon as I can!!! I have seen some awesome fan art of Sucy, she’s my fav!!

Laura Post does voice Diana in the LWA movies yes, and she is one of my best friends! I absolute love her in the movies and in general. She’s wonderful and incredibly talented! :)

My birthday is actually April 13th! So our Birthdays are really close! Happy early birthday!

I have watched Kiss Him, Not Me. March Comes In Like A Lion, and Hand Shakers. I really love March Comes in like A Lion! :)
