I did actually, and since I’m not promoting the burn book I’ve refrained from reblogging it. However the truth of the matter is, you can always come to me off anon / hate blog and share with me how you feel. 

I’m sorry you feel so slighted that I make a lot of muses and play on different blogs, I do that largely because well – I rp for me? And if I have a muse, and a friend happens to have wanted one. I’ll willingly try my hand at it. 

Honestly? I’ve never KNOWINGLY taken anything without permission, the one occasion I can think of was sheer accident and as soon as I was asked to remove it. 

If I play the same muse as someone? Then yeah there are going to be OVERLAPS since it’s the same canon? Again, I recommend coming to me OFF anonymous and let’s actually talk about it? Because I promise I’ve never knowingly or intended to steal anything from anyone.

     truth be told he isn’t even using his desk chair, the work spread out over the floor as he analyzes something that in all likelihood will lead to another dead end and another wasted day. yet this is who he is, he has to have his questions answered, he’s considered a genius of course, but he wants to leave something lasting on this earth instead of a mere legacy of his own beast. he is more than his anger, this is who he wanted to be -- a scientist. she draws him from his concentration, a faint look of distance on his features as he seems to forcibly disconnect from his line of thinking.

   the terse reply wasn’t intended to be so abrupt, yet he wasn’t merely fabricating a convent lie to cover his lateness. he’d spent most of his night at the lab and had gained only a few hours of fitful sleep. the last thing he wanted this morning was a reminder of just how late he’d been, and yet still how little sleep he’d gained.

       ❛ i hope i didn’t make you uncomfortable. ❜ brows furrow in slight worry, cherry lips part as she considers how the words falling from his lips seem foreign to him, the way he trips over his own tongue, it’s endearing, cute, even if she doesn’t know about the beast lurking under the surface of those kind eyes, he does look like he’s got a couple years on her. 

          ‘ --- uh no.. no really thank you. i’m just --- ‘ what exactly was he though, allergic to normal human interaction? or was he just that rude. despite his best efforts he often came off as preoccupied, which if one didn’t know him could lead one to believe the man arrogant and self obsessed. the truth of the matter was he kept to himself for a reason. a very good one.

     “ You look like you could use a drink , or five. “  He had those kinds of eyes that just seemed to draw you in.  The types of eyes that hold stories and secrets. Perhaps it was child like to be attracted to stories and secrets. It wasn’t finding them all out as soon as possible. With any good book you take your time - you read the words and take them in.  Eyes were like that , those ever noted as ‘windows to the soul’ which was entirely true. The eyes gave so much and yet nothing away all the same. 

                he was quiet, drinking something that looked anything but alcoholic. but of course he had his reasons, then again -- maybe coming to a bar after eleven pm on his own wasn’t exactly the best idea if you weren’t drinking. but being one of the few places open, the man had sat heavily down at the bar and ordered a cup of coffee.

               work wasn’t what had kept him, but it was his excuse. the sort of excuse that’s the only thing you can give because the real truth isn’t believable. you wouldn’t believe a man who said he was experimenting on himself to see what he could do. and so he hid the truth with a lie, he was working -- but for now he just wanted to forget. to drink his coffee and later sink into bed and for a few blissful hours pray the nightmares didn’t come. 

                yet her words drew his attention away, from the dark swirling depths of the coffee. his mind had honestly been contemplating why he was drinking coffee before he intended to collapse for sleep, but the truth of the matter was -- he knew he wouldn’t sleep this night, just like he hadn’t for the past many nights. 

                 ‘ ---- ah.. thank you.. drinking --- isn’t really my thing. ‘

    he’s preoccupied by some line of thinking that only he believes he can understand, it’s not through arrogance that this thought so consumes his mind, yet it sources from a basic disorder of his thoughts. often until an idea is cemented in reality, he finds himself unable to fully share it. more prone to ponder and hypothesize versus having productive conversation. 

   yet her voice is enough to drag him from his reverie, absentmindedly reaching for the file between them, handing it out as asked. there’s still a peculiar sort of absence in his gaze, yet he’s anything but rude. he’s just -- a million miles within himself seeking the answer that he fundamentally believes he knows.

    he hated the change, he hated feeling every bone break, every muscle stretch and twist, he hated feeling smaller and smaller until he couldn’t even control his own body. because it wasn’t his anymore. he was trapped in a mind that was a haze of anger and fury, serving to ignite memories best left untouched. he hated the hours after, the tremors that lingered, the slight hitch in his breath as he inhaled. mostly he hated being around anyone when he’d gone through it. because it meant they’d seen his weakness, his inability to control himself ---- his personal cross to bear.

         her grin is strained, the blood pooling in her head. inversions aren’t          easy, but she’s a trooper.   

          ‘ as a scientist i can confidently say that more than just abs will be keeping you upright in that ---- convoluted position. however if you want me to stand here and watch you fall. i will. ‘ 

     the dry sarcasm and snide humor was slightly off color for the man, yet he didn’t seem too keen on her collapsing due to a yoga pose. while he enjoyed the exercise, and the calm it seemed to breed within him, he didn’t always enjoy the fact she was competitive. not only with anyone around her, but with herself. if she had done something one way once --- she had to do it better the next.
