Happiness is a state of mind, you control your own happiness. You know what’s crazy? LIFE • • • This month is mental health awareness month and we all know I try to bring awareness year round but here’s a little sum sum for y’all. • Many people don’t know that my mental health has been the reason I’ve dropped out of college/university three times yes three times my brain said “hey how about we say no to school for a bit” and the third time I decided I wasn’t going to let my clinical depression and generalized anxiety disorders get in the way of my happiness any longer. So I’ve decided to say no to school for longer than a bit, I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back to school but that’s okay but there are other ways for me to be successful. I am in control of my happiness, as you are yours. Everyday I wake up and live for that day and that day only. We are not promised tomorrow so we much live in the present!
