Simple Energy Balancing Ritual

I did this earlier today when cleaning up around my room and altar space. It’s simple, easy, and my room felt so much better afterward!

What you will need:

Patchouli/mint essential oil (for balancing)

Salt (any kind is fine!) (for purification)

Fresh, cool water (for charging and mixing)

A bowl/cup (to hold, duh)

A rag of some sort/paper towel (for activation)

1) Pour water into the bowl 2) Mix in a few pinches of salt (however many you feel is necessary!) 3) Put in 2-3 drops of essential oil (once again, this is dependent on your tastes!) 4) Mix with your finger or a spoon. (Make sure to mix in your intent!) 5) Dip rag into mix and spread around the room! Could be on walls, in corners, on your bedsheets, on mirrors, windowsills. Whatever you feel is necessary! 6) Say a little prayer to whatever deities/spirits you worship and you’re done!

Bonus: You could light a candle beforehand for oomph!
