I've avoided TADC's fandom like the plague for the last few years, but this is making me so mad I just have to say it somewhere: I'm sorry, but if you actually think the finale didn't confirm Jax as an extremely repressed trans woman you are either the most cisgender person ever or just dumb as fuuuuuuck. Like sure, you can argue it was subtle, but it wasn't open to interpretation at all. Why would Jax come out to her mother as "a repressed feminine man". Why would they play a song about a newborn girl if she was a closeted gay guy. PLEASE use your brains for more than three seconds...
Also, no, affirming that she's transfem does not imply that everyone should condone her behavior. Jax was actively an awful person to everyone around her. She was also deeply repressed, emotionally abused and traumatized. Showcasing her trauma doesn't immediately excuse her actions. A characther can have more than one sentence be true about her at the same time (how shocking!!!!
Well anyway. It saddens me to see the way this show was treated by It's fandom, up until the end. I personally thought the finale was great and wrapped up the story in a very beautiful note.
*Even if no one on the show actually uses she/her for Jax, I feel bad he/him'ing her here so fucj it

Pior que eu sou muito fã do potencial de um doomed old man yaoi entre o Veríssimo e o Calisto..
Pensa comigo, quando o Veríssimo volta pro perímetro e vê a silhueta do Calisto de costas o esperando, a primeira coisa que ele sente é um anseio gutural de ver os olhos da Sophia de novo, por uma última vez, mesmo que seja em outra pessoa... e aí o Calisto se vira, revelando os olhos amarelados. Mais uma coisa que o paranormal tirou do Veríssimo.
E aí tem o Calisto, que passou quase 25 anos no perímetro lutando pelo outro final, esperando (praticamente sozinho) o retorno do Veríssimo, o que significava esperar pelo momento em que ele SABIA que morreria. 23 anos desde a visão, 23 anos desde que o Veríssimo fugiu, 23 anos dormindo sozinho e sonhando com o momento em que ele voltaria pra matá-lo. Não é possível que não tenha surgido nenhum sentimento confuso nesse meio tempo.
