boymom means the worst, most unhealthy form that could take on, no one would hear that term and think of moms who are trying their best to teach their sons to be good people, even though there are plenty like that.

girldad means the best idealised version of a loving father. no one would hear that term and think of a father who believes he should have full control of his daughter's choices, including her sex life, even though there are MANY men like that.
