I keep getting caught up reading all the supports and running around I’m forgetting to advance anything. Spoilers below (Chapter 6 and two paralogues)

1st Paralogue:

I really hope Jean was a free unit so long as you talked to him because I’m so use to getting the super squishy villager character and having to level them up in the paralogue (which I did achieve because I forced myself to) but the game did not prompt that at all. Also like how his village was all randomly British despite no one else in Firene talking like that. Instead of the poor little Victorian boy that needs a Dr. the poor little Victorian boy IS the Dr. Also his design is cute.

Chapter 6:

New ring and Yunaka acquired. Still not to Brodia though. Also After reading several of the supports I’m convinced someone needs to save Boucheron from Etie and Alfred. Leave the poor man’s muscles alone. The reviews weren’t kidding when they said that each character had 1 trait and that's what they're entire personality revolves around.  2nd Paralogue:

Oh look it’s baby Anna. Hopefully they give her a support other than Alear and Framme. Also why does it seem like the goal this time for character designs was to see how baby they could make the younger characters? I swear she and Jean look like they're 10.

Gonna be structuring these a little differently so I’m not spamming a post every single chapter. Spoilers below for Chapters 3-5

I noticed that the character’s run along side you on the loading screen and it is so cute

Chapter 3:

Appearance of Red Alear in that cutscene makes me think that there was a Blue Alear and Lumera smashed them together to get Pepsi-Colgate Alear. Probably had something to do with how the Fell Dragon was defeated the first time. Gonna take a gander Red Alear is Fell Dragon aligned and Blue Alear is Divine Dragon aligned, so when Pepsi-Colgate woke up the Fell Dragon also woke up too. 

Also no offense to the voice actor what so ever but Alfred’s voice makes me want to shove him in a locker. He just sounds so nerdy. Also it’s weird to know he was apparently watching Alear sleep ever since he was a little kid. Just seems a bit unnerving. 

I wasn’t picturing Etie’s voice to sound that deep (I was thinking more she’d sound like Maribelle from Awakening.) I’m not opposed to it though. As for Boucheron I don’t have much to say about him. 

And I’m sorry but that death scene with Lumera drug on waaayyy to long. My switch screen darkened because I put my controller down to watch. Also the “becoming your mother” line makes Lumera more sus. 

Exploring Somniel:

I like that the map so far doesn’t seem as big as Garreg Mach in FE3H. I love the monastery map but go it was so huge. Glad this one is smaller and seems a bit more manageable. I got to read Clanne and Franne’s support and they’re so dorky I love them. Also read Vander and Clanne’s, glad to see Clanne isn’t as timid as I thought he was going to be, also Vander needs to chill.

Chapter 4: Oddly enough not much to say this chapter about the story because it feels more like a chapter to introduce Celine, Louis, and Chloe. Celine’s dress is so ridiculous. Also I thought she was a Alfred’s younger sister, but she sound older and her crown is fancier so maybe I’m wrong? Also I love Loius. Chloe is kinda meh we will see if I like her more later. I liked being able to explore the map after we playing on it. Hope there is more like that instead of it moving you to a different location.

Chapter 5: 

Upon reading Celine’s character page turns out she is the younger sibling, which feels wrong to me. I’m also more curious about the small cloaked child. Also curious where Velye (I don’t remember how its spelled but the girl who showed up, threw a fire ball, and then disappeared on us went.) Also I was skeptical of some of the designs for characters are first but I’m really enjoying them so far. Time to get to Brodia so I can see the scrungly little 2nd prince. At least I’m hoping he’s in the next chapter.

I’ve only made it to chapter two of Engage but so far:

I’m enjoying it, even if it feels kind of cheesy at first (maybe that will change later on once I get further in the story.)

I really thought Clanne and Framme were going to be more annoying but they're slowly growing on me like mold. Vander is as bland and stuffy as I thought he would be. Also like how Lumera is like “Oh? my child that’s been asleep for a thousand years is awake? Let’s fight.”

But speaking of Lumera I get the feeling she isn’t actually Alear’s mother? Idk she just seems really fishy and its like the game keeps trying to stress she’s your mother in a really weird way? Also that birthday ring for Alear was way too on the nose xD

And I will never forgive Intsy that in the year 2023 they are still creating games were I don’t get to actually pet the cats.

Shout out to the person who leaked Pepsi Colgate-Chan months ago and the Fandom just collectively laughed and said "nah that's so bad there's no way that's the new game" and proceeded to forget about it.

They risked their job to warn us and we laughed at them 😔

Spoilers for what I assume the BE route for 3Hopes but all I can say is Linhardt's dad looks like he does taxes for fun and Count Bergliez looks exactly how I thought he would: small and feral.

The fact that they didn't use at least one of Sylvain and Felix's non-AM endings to say that Sylvain fully abandoned his noble title and the responsibility he felt his crest made him carry to join Felix as a mercenary feels a little like a waste to me.

Especially since he told Byleth in their A support that if he thought he could of escaped from it he would of.
