My mom is disabled and has a lot of physical issues, but if you looked at her you wouldn't really notice it unless you knew her or watched her face. I keep telling her she needs to get a GAC because it is hard for her to stand for long periods of time, but she's afraid a cast member will turn her away or people will make fun of her. Is this something that happens often?

Trust me, a lot of people are the same way so your mom is not alone. In recent years CMs at all the US parks have been dealing with a lot of people abusing the system, claiming they have an disability when they just want to skip the lines, This is INFURIATING because we know that there are people like your mom out there who really need accommodations. Let me tell you that Cast Members should NEVER deny your mom use of the system just because she doesn’t “look” like she has a disability (and if they do please report that scum immediately). We’re using a different system now for disability access similar to Fastpass, and Guest Relations and the Cast at attractions will be able to help you out. Don’t be afraid to use it if your mom needs it!

Hi! I was scrolling through your hilarious blog and noticed that it's all WDW-related, although I came across it because a bunch of my DLR cast mates are reblogging your Hub meme. I was just curious if you'd be interested in adding a DLR mod or keeping this blog strictly WDW?

There are some memes that are unique to Disneyland (like the Fantasmic one) and I’ve used some of the DL versions of attraction costumes for shared attractions (like Thunder). But if you have more ideas for DL specific memes please submit them!! I’m more familiar with ops in Florida but I love me some Disneyland!

I'm going to be visiting the park, and I'm transgender. I have a beautiful red dress I'm hoping to wear that reminds me of Minnie. I sorta blend as female, but not enough to not have anxiety presenting as female in public, and I'm wondering what policy is about transgender guests. Are we welcome? Cool to wear my dress? What about bathrooms?

Your dress will be fine! Wear whatever makes you feel you. I’d much rather see more happy transgender people wearing what makes them feel comfortable at the parks than mooby old South American men wearing speedos around Typhoon, which is apparently not yet banned unfortunately x_x. All kidding aside, (correct me if I’m wrong, CMs) but I believe you can use any restroom you feel comfortable in as long as you aren’t being disruptive in any way towards other guests. If it makes you feel more comfortable, there are numerous private companion restrooms around each of the parks.
