Guess the Breed(s) (rules)

Asher is a little over a year old, about 26 inches at the withers, and 60 pounds. He is somewhat velcro, in that he likes to have me at least in his view if we’re not in the same room (except when he wants to be independent and needs some space). Outside, his recall is great and he has no serious interest in prey. He can be aloof with new people, especially if they go straight in for a pet to the head - they’ve got to pass the Cool Test first! He is very non-confrontational with other dogs, taking the path of least resistance, and sometimes being a little overwhelmed if there are *a lot* of other dogs around. He snuggles but is rarely needy. His favorite thing to do is hike. He is brilliantly smart, but operates on his own terms when it comes to training. He’ll work for food, but he’s picky! If it’s unclear, he does have a mediumish length coat (particularly so in his neck ruff, with some feathering on his back legs), which is rather coarse and weather resistant.

Asher is 50% mixed, so for this half you’ll have to just guess the breed group… but he is 25% one breed, 12.5% another, and 12.5% another!
