First attempt at drawing an eridian (oc)

might change up the design later and simplify it for my own sake, but hes based on peacock ore. dont mind the stiff ah legs idk what i was doing lowkey and idk what he does either T.T

part of a little world im making in my silly little head that i might expand on in the future and yapp about!

Quite a few people (more than I was expecting) like my character/sona so I’ll go a little bit more in depth of how they were infected and found. never really shared my stories before so enjoy the little I have. This was also the first drawing of them so I could get a general idea how their character worked. My favorite doodles is the yawning one and the one where they first emerged from the chrysalis questioning what’s happening.

The story I have for them is a bit rough, but the main idea is that a lab in the middle of nowhere, began kidnapping local people to use as test subjects.

And my character, being one of those test subjects. after a breach of containment occurs leading to the facility locking down but not without a few BOWs escaping leading to several reports of people’s deaths caused by the escaped BOWs. The BSAA and DSO quickly hears about it and sends an agents to take out the BOWs and investigate. I feel like Leon would be the one investigating the area while Chris would be taking out the wild BOWs (which look like a result of an experiment gone wrong). after getting into the facility, fighting through scientist and test subjects now ganados and encountering what looks like half baked verdugos looking like some weird mixture between human and bug. Eventually, Leon would find my character (I like to imagine that he finds her trying to pry open a vending machine for some stale chips lol) 

How she looks at first is still mostly human assigned from several black veins tracing every inch of the skin. They eventually figure out that to be over process doesn’t occur until a certain amount of time has passed, but this means that the plaga is already connected and cannot be removed. Eventually, my character gets a symbiosis injection that also triggers the entire process to begin mutation and all.

Instead of mutating immediately, the strain of plaga create a chrysalis (a little inspired by Alien Romulus). That’s about it what I have for the story so far a bit rough but hope people enjoyed :]

Edit: also another thing I feel like as time goes on and they get older the chitin and black spots to spread
