the thing with so many companies is that it really does seem like they will make providing feedback/asking for support as complicated an confusing as possible. i do think it’s important to keep emailing (and also replying to their original post linked in the first part of this post)! whether they listen or not, they will not be able to say we didn’t tell them we are unhappy with this decision.
