Do not think for a moment that this admin is only going after trans folks. They are ultimately going after the whole LGBTQ community. They start small, like getting rid of a hotline option, then go BIG.

25 YEARS OF BI+ VISIBILITY & THE RISE OF THE BI+ EQUAL UMBRELLA
As we celebrate 25 years of Bi+Visibility Day, today’s blog is all about a newly organised initiative that’s gaining momentum in Europe.
Dear friends. Today is Bi+ Visibility day. Our founder Kat is especially proud to share with you, on this day that is so important to her as a bi+ person, this little piece of important news. A new bi+ umbrella is starting up and they want to know, from the bi+ community, what form this umbrella should take. Please take the survey.
Kat provided one of the tiny sparks that eventually lit this fire. And that wouldn't have happened if she hadn't been able to gather the experience and courage doing this Rainbow Direction thing with all of you. Just so you know that while things may be quiet here, that stone we threw in the water, continues to make ripples that grow wider and wider. We are still making things better for real LGBTIQ+ people in the real world. Thank you for all that you have done.
So proud to share this with you all.

Dear friends in Belgium - Brussels Rainbow House is organizing an event tomorrow in solidarity with the members of our family in Orlando tomorrow, Tuesday June 14th at 7pm at the Brussels Stock Exchange (La Bourse). Please all join & spread the word!
I wish the occasion for a reunion would have been a happier one, but please, anyone who can be there tomorrow, your presence will be much welcomed!
Kat
Everyone!! It’s officially 1 year since our concert and our rainbow direction meeting in Brussels. I think I speak for many people when I say it was awesome and I made lots of friends I’m still in contact with. ♥ All the love. x Sina
MTV News on Rainbow Direction’s role in the 1D fandom
Not even two weeks into the North American leg of One Direction’s On The Road Again Tour, we can proudly show you the result of MTV News writer Kristina Marusic reaching out to us to learn more about the work of Rainbow Direction and Takemehomefromnarnia, She talked to our co-founder Kat and our volunteer Lou to be able to get a better idea of our efforts in bringing visibility and creating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ fans all around the world.
You can find their article on our activities here: Meet Rainbow Direction — The Fans Fighting To End LGBT Bullying In The One Direction Fandom
Article has been corrected and screenshot is complete now. Thank you to Kristina!

TODAY’s ACTION: TAKE ACTION WITH 1D AND SUPPORT INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Today, One Direction announced their partnership with Action2015 to campaign for a better future and asking our involvement to call upon world leaders to set ambitious goals to fight poverty, inequality and climate change. RainbowDirection/Takemehomefromnarnia and World Almighty see this as a chance for all of us to make a very real difference in the world. We are thousands, and if we bring our voices together, we can bring about more positive change than if we work alone.
In 2015 the Millennium Development Goals expire. This September, world leaders will set new development goals for the next fifteen years to tackle climate change, as well as poverty and inequality, worldwide. This is important to every single one of us, and it’s important that the goals that are set are inclusive of all genders, orientations, religions, ethnicities, etc because discrimination leads to inequality, poverty and the slowing down of development.
In countries where discrimination of LGBTQ+ people and people of certain religions, genders and ethnicities is reinforced by the law, these people do not enjoy equal rights to education (due to bullying or simple lack of access), housing (being disowned by family), and health (HIV/AIDS prevention). These inequalities are unacceptable in themselves, and they can also lead to entire communities being deprived of resources for development, as demonstrated by the story of Alex and Michael, two gay Ugandan men, recounted here.
Therefore, please join us in getting world leaders to make ambitious commitments to inclusive development. Your voice could influence world leaders at two crucial United Nations summits later in the year. And as part of Rainbow Direction/Takemehomefromnarnia and World Almighty, let’s join forces to increase our chances of being visible and having our voices heard.
We think that the world leaders should explicitly condemn discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, as well as religion, race, ethnicity and cultural identity. They should also call for data on the experiences of LGBTQ+ people and other minorities.
So let’s tell them about our experiences! Of course, our diversity is our biggest asset. There may be many world issues you feel passionate about, and we encourage you to speak about all of those in your submission. As members of the Rainbow Direction and World Almighty communities we encourage you to also include your personal experiences of discrimination in your submission, and to accompany that with a warm plea for world leaders to make eradication of discrimination an explicit goal for the future. You could include the above recommendation as well. And one thing’s for sure - the more rainbows, the more diversity, the better!
WHAT TO DO - BY JULY 10
I Want To Live In A World Where… Record a short video, wearing your rainbows if you like, talk about your experiences and show support for inclusiveness, equality and eradication of discrimination on all grounds.
Celebrate. We can make a difference if we come together. Record a short video of you and/or your friends celebrating rainbow-style!

I’m really late with this, but I still wanted to share the stuff I wore to the 1d concert in Brussels :)
In the first picture there’s the flag I got from one of the lovely people at the Rainbow Direction meet up before the show (I’m sorry I can’t recall who gave it to me - but if you happen to read this: thank you so much again for that! I wore it over my shoulders for the rest of the day and waved with it during Strong :)) It was lovely to meet everyone at the Atomium!!), there’s the 1D bracelet I bought at the stadium before the show (after McBusted), the shirt with the rainbow heart my beautiful friend Sanne helped me paint on and the sock with the rainbow hearts on it that I wore that day.
In the second picture there’s the amazing big rainbow bracelet that the super lovely, beautiful jerry-milward has made and gave to me (again, thank you so so much for that, I wear it daily and I love it) and the cute small rainbow bracelet Sanne has made me (that I also wear daily) :) The nail polish I painted on during the meet up is also still on my nails btw, I still like it even though there’s not much left anymore.
I also had a really good time strolling around the Atomium and the stadium with the gorgeous Kimberly, thank you again for that and for running around the parking lot with me haha! :)
So a huge thank you to everyone I met in Brussels, it was amazing!! And with that all my love to Rainbow Direction Brussels and Rainbow Direction ,of course, for making this possible and for being such a great initiative <3
No matter how you were born, no matter who you are, love always win. [x]
this is my absolute favorite thing.
Looking for a person from Brussels!
So I’m looking for someone from the Brussels show as well. She was at both Rainbow Direction meet ups. A french girl with long dark brown hair, glasses, it was her 5th concert and she is coming to one of the London shows as well. We had a chat during the first meeting and I think we said Hi after the show as well. I’m the girl with the rose tatto, I was walking around with a rainbow flag fastenned to ma bag.
If anybody knows her, please let me know!
