on top of blocking them, be sure that you have Safe Mode enabled, and maybe enable some privacy options.

you can make it so that you can only receive messages from blogs you follow for the time being, and you can turn off submissions as well. 

If you have a thing for people to send an ask or like a post to follow you consider turning anon off for the time being.

-things to do when panicked or scared-

Recently there’s been some icky people sending bad stuff to regressors, so aside from blocking and reporting these accounts, (which you definitely should do if you can!) I made a list of things to help out. Feel free to add more, and stay safe!

❤ Cuddle a plushie, the softer the better

❤ Talk to a friend, a carer, or someone you trust! I try to be as available as I can and i love helping others!

❤ Watch cartoons. My favorites are Octonauts, Sarah and Duck, Bubble Guppies, and Word Party. Word Party is a Netflix exclusive but all the others (I’m pretty sure) can be found on kimcartoon and the like!

❤ Color a picture. Make the grass purple, and the sky green, or color it however you want. You’re creative and smart!

❤ If you use them, pacis are great soothers. Any other form of stimming is fantastic, too!

❤ Play some soft music, YouTube has lots of baby lullabies! Rainy mood is good too.

❤ Wear a soothing scent, like lavender, baby lotion, or whatever calms you.

❤ Put on comfy pajamas after a shower or bath. If you have no spoons or energy to do this, a warm cloth or rag to the face, neck, and arms is wonderful.

❤ Remember you are safe, that you’ll be okay, and that all this will pass. You are so strong and brave, I’m so proud! Nothing would be the same with out you. Take care, you matter.
