Winter, my baby bear 💕 you’re 3 and a half months old and just bursting with personality. You love The Wiggles (you’re trying to sing along to them now, actually) and you think getting undressed is hilarious. You’re not a fan of day naps so by late afternoon you’re often a real little brat but you sleep so well overnight that I really can’t complain. I get more sleep now than I ever did before becoming your Mama! You started rolling over last week - I saw you do it once and then the rest of the day was spent tumbling around the living room floor. We made the mistake of clapping for you that night when you succeeded after a bit of a struggle, though. It terrified you and you haven’t tried to roll again since. I hope you're happy here in the outside world. You make me so proud to be your Mama.

I can tell that these two are going to be best friends, Corvana absolutely adores him! She always wants to be touching his head or rubbing her face all over it - very cute but frustrating at times. Ah, my heart 💥💘

10 weeks postpartum and 19kg down thanks to the boob diet 🙏🎉 I'm still 11kg above my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm covered in stretch marks (everywhere except my stomach, funnily enough) but I have never loved my body more. Pregnancy has given me a newfound appreciation for this fleshy vessel - it grew and accommodated another human being for 9 months, and will continue to nourish and comfort him for many months to come. It has blessed me with the greatest gift. Because of this body my soul now feels complete, how could I not love it?
