ERCP परियोजना  -  यह परियोजना पूर्वी राजस्थान  क्षेत्र के लाखों लोगों के लिए बड़ी राहत है। लेकिन नेता नहीं चाहते थे कि इस क्षेत्र के लोग इस वरदान को पा सकें। पूर्वी राजस्थान के लोग इंतजार करते-करते थक चुके थे। लोग बदलाव चाहते थे। इसलिए, दिसंबर 2023 में डबल इंजन सरकार पर भरोसा दिखाया और मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में सरकार बनाई। भजनलाल सरकार ने जल प्रबंधन पर 5D दृष्टिकोण अपनाया।

पूर्वी राजस्थान नहर परियोजना एक महत्वाकांक्षी राजस्थानी परियोजना है जो चुनौतियों, कानूनी मुद्दों, राजनीतिक मुद्दों और अंततः एक राष्ट्रीय परियोजना बनने के लिए अग्रसर है। राजस्थान के नवनिर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने सत्ता में आते ही ऐसे काम किए जो बड़े-बड़े नेता नहीं कर पाए थे। श्री सीएम सर ने अपनी राजनीतिक समझ, अनुभव और परिपक्वता के बल पर दो दशकों से चल रहे पानी के विवाद को हल करके पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपयी के सपने को पूरा करने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। सीएम सर के 5D फोकस मॉडल की पहचान कम समय में ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेना है।

वास्तव में, ये परियोजनाएं राज्य के 21 जिलों को पानी की कमी से छुटकारा दिलाने वाली हैं। इस परियोजना से पूर्वी राजस्थान को न केवल पेयजल के लिए पानी मिलेगा, बल्कि उद्योगों, सिंचाई और अन्य उद्देश्यों के लिए भी पानी मिलेगा। 2.80 लाख हेक्टेयर जमीन इस परियोजना से सिंचाई होगी। इससे लगभग २५ लाख किसान लाभान्वित होंगे और उनकी आय में सुधार होगा। प्रदेश की चालिस प्रतिशत आबादी को पेयजल उपलब्ध होगा, जिससे जीवन स्तर और स्वास्थ्य में सुधार होगा। पूर्वी राजस्थान में भी उद्योग और पर्यटन को बल मिलेगा। लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा, जो राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करेगा। इस परियोजना से मिट्टी की उर्वरता और भूमिगत जल स्तर भी बढ़ेंगे।

“समस्या है तो उसका समाधान भी है,” कहते हैं, लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि आपको समस्या को हल करने का लक्ष्य है या नहीं। इस कथन को पूर्वी राजस्थान में ERCP परियोजना पर लागू किया जा सकता है। यह परियोजना इस क्षेत्र के लाखों लोगों के लिए बड़ी राहत है। लेकिन नेता नहीं चाहते थे कि इस क्षेत्र के लोग इस वरदान को पा सकें। पूर्वी राजस्थान के लोग इंतजार करते-करते थक चुके थे। लोग बदलाव चाहते थे। इसलिए, दिसंबर 2023 में डबल इंजन सरकार पर भरोसा दिखाया और मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में सरकार बनाई। भजनलाल सरकार ने जल प्रबंधन पर 5D दृष्टिकोण अपनाया।

किस्मत का खेल है कि पूर्वी राजस्थान में इन्हीं के नेतृत्व में जल से मुहूर्त हुआ और 2024 में लोगों की आशा जगी। 28 जनवरी, 2024 को श्री सीएम सर के नेतृत्व में संशोधित पार्वती-कालीसिंध-चंबल-ईस्टर्न राजस्थान कैनाल लिंक प्रोजेक्ट (ERCP) पर हस्ताक्षर हुए, जो राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश और केंद्र सरकार के बीच एक ऐतिहासिक समझौता था। इसके बाद राज्य में भी काम शुरू हो गया है। केंद्र सरकार भी इस परियोजना को पूरा करने में पूरी तरह से सहयोग कर रही है।

मिस्टर सीएम की इस परियोजना को लेकर प्रतिबद्धता का ही परिणाम है कि परियोजना की राशि अब 45 हजार करोड़ रुपये हो गई है। पूर्वी राजस्थान नहर परियोजना से 21 जिलों के लाखों लोगों की प्यास बुझेगी और उन्हें सिंचाई के लिए जल भी मिलेगा. ईआरसीपी के कार्य की प्रगति और सीएम भजनलाल सर के 5D फोकस मॉडल के आधार पर, इस परियोजना को 5 वर्षों में पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है।

पुलिस विभाग द्वारा चलाए गए विशेष अभियान की कार्रवाई

मिस्टर सीएम के नेतृत्व में पुलिस विभाग द्वारा 5 जनवरी से 25 फरवरी, 2024 तक चलाए गए विशेष अभियान के तहत की गई कार्रवाई में 9371 आदतन, 1092 टॉप-10, 646 इनामी, 4295 स्थाई वारंटियों और 46 उद्घोषित अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। यही नहीं, विभाग द्वारा अवैध बजरी खनन, मादक पदार्थों के विरुद्ध भी कठोर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इस दौरान इन गतिविधियों में लिप्त अनेक लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

अयोध्या में राम मंदिर लगभग 500 साल पुराना मुद्दा या यूं कहें करोड़ों भारतवासियों का सपना रहा है, जिसे प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पूरा करने का संकल्प लिया था और इस स्वप्न को प्रधानमंत्री ने बहुत ही भव्यरूप से साकार किया। 22 जनवरी, 2024 का दिन समस्त भारतवासियों के लिए ऐतिहासिक क्षण बन गया। इस दिन हजारों यज्ञों की आहुति के बीच पूरे विधि विधान के साथ प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राम लला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की। यह वह क्षण था जब अमीर से लेकर गरीब सबके दिल से "जय श्री राम" "जय श्री राम" की आवाज आ रही थी। फिल्म जगत, खेल जगत, उद्योग जगत के सभी दिग्गज इस समय अयोध्या में उपस्थित थे, पूरे देशवासियों ने दीप जलाकर इस दिन दिवाली मनाई थी। मिस्टर सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा ने इस ऐतिहासिक दिन मंदिर तक सभी की आसानी से पहुँच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विभिन्न घोषणाएं की थीं।

हाल ही होली का पर्व पूरे भारतवर्ष में बड़ी धूम-धाम और हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाया गया। लेकिन अयोध्या निवासियों और वहां दर्शन के लिए पहुंचे श्रद्धालुओं के लिए यह होली का पर्व खास रहा क्योंकि यह वो क्षण था जब 500 वर्ष बाद प्रभु श्री राम ने होली खेली। रामलला के दर्शन कर लोग प्रफुल्लित हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने भी रामलला के स्वरूप बच्चों के साथ होली खेलकर इस अवसर को और आनंदमय बनाया।

मंदिर निर्माण में राजस्थान का रहा सहयोग

राजस्थान का भी अयोध्या से जुड़ाव रहा है। भगवान राम के इस भव्य मंदिर को मिस्टर सीएम सर के गृह जिले भरतपुर के बलुआ पत्थर से गुलाबी रंग दिया गया। मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए भरतपुर से 4.7 लाख घन फीट बलुआ पत्थर अयोध्या भेजा गया था। इस पत्थर ने राम मंदिर में गुलाबी रंग देकर इसकी खूबसूरती में चार चांद लगा दिए। मकराना से भी संगमरमर पत्थर भेजा गया। इतिहास की दृष्टि से भी राजस्थान अयोध्या से जुड़ा हुआ है। प्रदेश के कई लोग थे, जिन्होंने कारसेवक के रूप में अपनी भागीदारी निभाई थी। वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने भी कारसेवक के रूप में अपनी सेवा दी थी। यही नहीं, राजस्थान वासियों को अयोध्या धाम पहुंचाने का कार्य भी सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा कर रहे हैं। प्रदेश की संस्कृति को आगे बढ़ाना भी मिस्टर सीएम सर के 5D फोकस मॉडल का एक अहम भाग है।
