Currently on view at Nucleus Portland in Portland, Oregon is a wonderful three person exhibition with artists AJ Frena, Fumi Mini Nakamura and Teagan White.

Each artist approaches how nature interacts with animals in different, beautiful ways.  AJ Frena’s darkly mysterious visions, Nakamura’s magical enchantments and White’s blissful renderings all come together as quite the powerhouse of an exhibition.

The show will be on view until August 1st, 2018.

POW! WOW! HAWAII! 2018 Complete Recap (150+ Photos).

Once again, for it’s 6th annual iteration, POW! WOW! HAWAII! 2018! was like no other event on the planet.  

A mural festival taking place over Valentine’s Day week (February 10th to 18th) in Honolulu, Hawaii’s Kaka’ako neighborhood with over one hundred international and local artists taking part in live mural painting, gallery exhibitions, concerts, lecture series and more… It’s quite difficult to sum up in a blog post.  But I’ve tried my best.

Elfandiary Deniharza’s “Deadline Drama.”

Currently on view at World’s End Gallery in Bandung, Indonesia is artist Elfandiary Deniharza’s solo exhibition entitled “Deadline Drama.”

“The theme for this exhibition is personal to me,” Deniharza explains.  “In daily life, small occurrences become more concrete and interesting when we pour them into a visual form.  The ‘Deadline Drama’ series for me is like opening an important path of my illustration career where self expression, exploring, and experiences all meet in one line.”

“Deadline Drama” will be on view until September 8th, 2017.
