my main form of sh is cutting. i also bang my head against stuff. started self harming in spring or summer 2024, been an addict ever since. tried to get clean a lot, i go to counselling, but i love the blade too much.. haha.

what do i mean by im an orca through and through?
im whats called a holothere, meaning i am an animal on every level (pshycologically, spiritually, physically, biologically). im a north eastern atlantic orca, specifically one from the snaefellsnes peninsula, eastern iceland. this isnt the blog for it (you can go look for that) but its a very prevalent part of my identity and issues. i experience heavy species dysphoria over this. use orca vivterms.
