An NY subway car, 5 years after it’s retirement. This is located in the Atlantic ocean, off the coast of Delaware to South Carolina. 2,500 cars were put there from 2007 - 2010 by the NY MTA.

Sloth Stuck on a Busy Highway

A transit police officer was patrolling an Ecuadorian highway when he noticed something unusual on the side of the road: a sloth clinging to a guard rail. The adorable animal had failed to cross the busy freeway and was instead holding on to the rail for dear life. Immediately, the officer took action, carefully removed the sloth from the unsafe location, and brought the little guy to a vet. Once the doctor confirmed that the sloth was in perfect health, he was returned to his natural habitat. (Source)

The Yonaguni Underwater Mystery

The Yonaguni Monument is a massive underwater rock formation off the coast of Yonaguni in Japan. While many archaeologists and geologists believe that it is a natural formation, some hold the view that some of its features are man-made. Some claim it’s a pyramid like figure with stepped structures with terraces and ramps.

Tool marks and carvings have been discovered upon the stones which indicate that they have were constructed rather than being natural stone structures. Some scholars think that over 2000 years ago this monument sunk because of an earthquake, others believe it dates back to the ice age. Yet the scientific community as a whole hold the belief that it is a rock not a man made structure. (Source)
