This is my lowest recorded heart rate: 46 bpm. The Holter is a small machine that records a three-lead EKG during activities, or in this case, overnight. The squigly lines are a readout of the voltage change from cardiac muscle depolarization and repolarization. The Holter summarizes the heart rate in bpm over hours in the bottom bar. It also does some pretty cool analytics, like heart rate variability, and there is an AI for A-Fib and other arrhythmias (not shown). This is lead V5.

This is a video that I made after exercise. The chestpiece is held in place over my apex by an elastic band that I made, which I hope reduces the audio distortion. Hope you enjoy, -R♥
