You adjust to the world, the world won't adjust to you. If you are wise, you will know when to use this.

Thoughts on my first International Travel

Whenever I travel, I make time stop and just ponder about random things in mind. (in no particular order)

1. APPRECIATION. I appreciate the beauty of my surroundings and try to sink in mind that I am in a different place, a happy place.

2. FUTURISTIC. I set in my mind that tomorrow is another day and I shall again go back to my reality sooner or later.

3. THANKFUL. I thank God that He has been very good to me. And when I get back, after a good catch up with sleep, It will all feel like a dream.

4. PRACTICAL. I realized that every centavo counts. Never ever compute the value of the money whenever shopping, just deal with the currency that you have in hand.

5. ADAPTATION. Adaptation is the process of blending in. There are several asians with different cultures. You have to accept what they are and how they live.

6. FRIENDS. I am thankful for friends, they make every trip enjoyable. They make the smiles on your face. You walk with them, you learn with them, you get lost in a place with them. You will love them even more.

MBA Dream

Since 2010 I've been dreaming of enrolling into a graduate school. I already earned my CPA license at the age of 20 but I sought for further studies, a new environment to widen my skills and knowledge as a professional.

Last year I started my MBA dream at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, the MBA Standard. When I took the entrance exam I already knew we'd spend the next three years together. There was a spark. Then when I entered the school, it was surreal and lovely. I made new friends and are still making new ones. In the next two weeks I will enroll again for my third term, time is fast but I am enjoying every moment of the ride.

In 2017 I shall graduate (i hope) if my budget constraints and strama fears won't get into my way, and I will make my parents proud.

Most importantly, I will continuously honor God and be grateful for all His wonderful blessing. #ateneomba
