⬩➤ ABOUT

Naomi Durand (28y) was born in Versailles into a quiet middle-class family. The only daughter of a former Romanian captain who served in the French army and a dedicated nurse, she grew up surrounded by values such as discipline, kindness, and compassion. However, her childhood was marked by an irreparable loss: at the age of three, she saw her mother pass away after a long battle with cancer. From then on, she was raised by her father, who relied on the support of his late wife's sister until he was able to move on alone.

Over the years, Naomi inherited her mother's love of flowers and her father's determination to face difficulties. While working as a gardener for a reserved and enigmatic aristocratic family—a job obtained through her paternal uncle's recommendation—she also helped her aunt in the family flower shop whenever she could. Her greatest dream, however, was to study Biology and Botany to become a respected biologist and apothecary.

Knowing that the world wasn't always kind, her father made sure to teach her self-defense techniques. Back then, Naomi believed those lessons were just the overprotective care of a veteran worried about his only daughter. Today, they have become her only hope.

For some time now, her routine has been haunted by a masked man with a ram's head. He never explains his motives, only observes her, stalks her, and disappears into the shadows before anyone can identify him. Without understanding why she was chosen as a target, Naomi lives in a constant state of alert, avoiding walking alone and suspicious of any movement around her. While trying to preserve her own life and pursue her dreams, she is unaware that she is trapped in the obsessive plan of a man willing to transform her existence into a sacrifice to recover someone who can never return.

Naomi is a kind, polite, and extremely caring young woman, always showing consideration for those around her. She possesses a captivating serenity and a humility that makes her easy to trust, preferring to express her affection through discreet actions rather than grand words. Despite her delicate appearance and reserved manner, she reveals remarkable willpower and courage when someone she loves or considers important is in danger. She is curious, observant, and possesses practical intelligence, calmly analyzing situations before acting. Her love for flowers and gardening reflects her patient and caring personality, as she believes that both plants and people flourish best when they receive attention, respect, and time. Although sometimes naive in social or sentimental matters, her sincerity, empathy, and determination make her a welcoming and reliable presence.

Hello capybara pups, I'm back! How is everyone doing?

I recently made this drawing of my OC and decided to share it only now. And man— my baby looks so cute!— AAAAAAAAAA-- 😭💓💓💓 OH MY GOD

For those who don't know her, her name is Naomi Durand, she's a gardener hired by an obscure aristocratic family. Inspired by: Your Forger (Spy×Family); MaoMao (Diary of an Apothecary); and Lady Diana (Princess of Wales).

Well, at the moment there's not much information about her, but I'm working on it more, and that also applies to the rest of my OCs that I'll show you in a while.

Keiko Hinode

Keiko was created with the intention of coexisting with the protagonist, while having her own story and relationships with the Diaboys. All the art is made by me.

Overview

Keiko is a second year student at Ryōtei Academy in which she acts as the president of her own class. She's an energetic girl with confidence and a loud mouth.

Keiko's from a wealthy family, her father owns a successful traditional tea house and her mother worked in it as a geisha. Her mother left the profession right before getting married but still taught Keiko about the traditional ways, getting her into fan dancing since she was little. The strictly traditional upbringing never fit Keiko and eventually she distanced herself from her parents' ways. She became loud, overbearing and sometimes arrogant when confronted with something that she was not comfortable or okay with.

Keiko took upon the class president role since the very first year. She masks it as desire to help, making sure to help her peers, meditate with the teachers on their behalf and it partially is, but she does it so she can feel superior. She isn't narcissistic but she's egocentric even if she doesn't outright show it.

Despite her sometimes volatile attitude and egocentric tendencies, Keiko is not a bad person. She offers help more often than not and is very attentive towards the people around her. If someone's mood shifts, she senses it immediately and acts accordingly, always ready to step in when things get tough. She's a loyal friend, can get overly friendly the more you get to know her. She memorizes people's tics and motions with ease.

Curiosities

Keiko's blood type is A-.

Her clothes recall traditional Japanese wear, more specifically she wears a happi, but adding a much more modern cut to it.

She practiced fan dancing when she was a child and still remembers how to do it.

She wears a sarashi, a white cotton cloth traditionally used to bind one's chest and belly, beneath her clothes and uniform out of habit.

She likes custom jewelry. She tried to create one in the past but it came out all mismatched and wonky.

Can't do makeup.

Keiko loves arcades. The light and the colors in them are stimulating and manage to energize her instantly.

She loves dancing, in fact the Dancerush Stardom machine in the arcade is her first stop whenever she goes.

Voice claim: Yūki Aoi as Lucy in Cyberpunk Edgerunners.

I think that's enough for now. Her relationship with the Diaboys will get art and possibly headcanons, so stay tuned for that. I hope you like her as much as I like her, she's my baby after all! Please do not repost without credit, I made the sprites and the template myself.

I spent two weeks doing the pencil sketch and finished the line art digitally yesterday. This was one of the most time-consuming sketches I've ever done, and it's also the first time I've produced another character that's either identical or different from the original ( the last few times I tried, they turned out bad.)
