Max Caulfield, aka "Spiral", is an aspiring DJ struggling through life in Seattle, trying to forget a traumatic past they left behind thirteen years ago. When a strange winged version of themselves appears on their doorstep one day, they receive an invitation to a strange "Max Caulfield convention", asking them to be their official DJ for their rave. Accepting isn't something they necessarily mean to do, but hey, if the pay's good… how weird could this possibly get?
