Goodbye H2 blocker! It's been a good 5(?) years.

Most disturbing postcard ever.
Thanks to the Mistress of the Universe for the link.
My handwriting sucks and I admit that I prefer keyboards over pens most of the time because I can type faster than I can write and I need to take out the ideas immediately out of my mind before they fly away. Maybe that’s why there are a lot of junks online – people type without stopping to think and reflect.
Also, there’s no other specie on the planet who possesses the same dexterity as ours so if we’re so keen on saying thay we’re above them animals, we should be able to at least write legibly.
P.S. I was educated mostly in public schools and it’s sad that writing subject wasn’t given importance. Heck, most of the people I know who have good penmanship are from exclusive schools.

I know it's just acting but the scenes are heartwarming.
And I've never been more aware of being single.
Liham ni Andres Bonifacio kay Ka Oryang
1897 Mayo 1
Mahal kong Oryang,

Manners are the most important.
Learn this. Live this.
People have the wrong idea about etiquette. It is not about class. It is not for ritual or show. It is not about money. Rich people are just as rude and tacky as the rest of us, except that they can afford a proper education and therefore have no excuse for their uncouth ways.
Etiquette is about civility - the original meaning of civility, i.e. good citizenship and orderly behavior. We all have to live together within a limited space, so we need to make our coexistence as painless and organized as possible. This requires basic consideration for other people, respect for their privacy, and the consensus that life is more pleasant when we practice good manners - especially towards people we can’t stand.

Went to the rooftop to gaze at the blue moon but was welcomed by a tall building under construction disrupting my beautiful view of the Makati skyline 😧
And I bet it’d be worse in a few years.
“There were no paved roads here when I was a boy. We had to walk for 3 days to get to places that only take 2 hours now. There was never any money for school. We had no wealth or property. Beginning at six years old, I cleaned dishes at a restaurant until 9 pm. Then I would go to sleep and start again. All my money went to my parents. I’d hear stories about cities and airplanes, but they seemed like fairy tales. I’d dream of visiting these places, but before I could get too far, I’d be hungry again. So I grew up thinking that the entire world was like our valley. I thought all children lived like me. Then one day when I turned 16, I had the opportunity to visit to the city of Gilgit. I couldn’t believe it. I saw a boy eating at a restaurant with his father. He was my age. He was wearing a school uniform. I broke down in tears.” (Hunza Valley, Pakistan)
This is one of the reasons why HONY is a thing.
Still sad over the fact that i missed this.
Come back for a third time, pretty please?
