When I have a bunch of browser tabs open and ad audio starts playing

I need to stop saving things in random places/in whatever folder I saved to the last time I actually went through the pain of navigating to a different folder. Typing in the filepath is faster but still too time-consuming. And don't even get me started on downloads.

Maybe I just need a script to do it for me. Maybe I should download one in like Python or something. Wait. No.
