Bad day

Sometimes I get bad days. They get to the point where I can't speak I don't look or act the same and I seem almost like a shell of myself. Today that happened I don't even know what's wrong but I feel anxious I want to cry I feel sad and the craziest thing is I can't explain it to anybody. I feel like I'm at battle in my head but not with anything just with an overwhelming sadness. It's like my brain is forcing me to be sad. It shuts my body down and I don't want to talk I don't want to try and explain why I haven't looked people in the eyes I don't want to explain what's wrong I just want someone to hug me so tight that my brain stops hurting and that I stop feeling so horrible. But even hugging is not expected cause something in me is forcing me to close off and I can't explain it. You can get angry at me hate me tell me why I'm making you feel like shit but that only makes me worse. I feel like I can't say anything because nobody really understands. You don't understand? People will say go doctors or just tell me how you feel or think positive but it's not always that simple. How can I do that when I don't even know what's wrong myself.
