In 2019, we did our second trip to New Zealand, and we visited the South Island (on our previous visit we stayed on the North Island). I really wanted to see the Milford Sound and I bought a helicopter tour that was leaving from Queenstown's airport. The problem is the weather there very changeable. We got there and we were told the weather was too bad for them to fly. So I never did get to see this amazing place.

Luckily the South Island is breathtakingly beautiful, so it was ok. Maybe the next time we go.....
