To become a good leader, I should be good model to my siblings so that they would follow me in the right way. I’m also following my parents and I also apply it so that I can lead my siblings into the right path in the future. To become a good leader requires responsible and trustworthy to handle circumstances. It also needs to be respectful, obedient, courageous in order to lead well. Being a leader is not easy because whenever we have problems, they always blame me because they thought that it was not arranged well, In other words, they thought that I am not worthy to become their “kuya” and it hurts me a lot.

My kind of love, is to be with someone who is very special to me. Someone who is there for me and someone who is willing to be with me. In the first picture is my father, he is the most handsome father in the world, he’s also very responsible to his work and especially to us. He’s very over protective and he will do everything just to support our needs in school and at home. We’re very lucky to have a father like him even though we have a broken family. And in the second picture, is someone who is special to me too and she’s my girl. She’s always there for me, to help me and guide me in my problems and in times of difficulties.

To manage one’s emotion, is to have emotional intelligence (EI). Do you know why? Simply because, if you don’t have EI you cannot manage your emotions which can have a bad result. I will manage my emotions through drawing because aside from it is my habit, it becomes one of my ways to deal with my emotions. If I’m having tough situations, I will not decide directly to do such actions instead I will meditate first through drawing in order to handle my emotions. According to John Mayer’s and Peter Salovey Theory of Emotions, having an EI has the ability to monitor one’s own and other’s feelings that can help us to have a good interaction to people  which prove that having an EI is essential to manage one’s emotion.

To become mentally healthy, is to make yourself happy. Mentally Healthy means no worries, no anxieties, no over thinking which is to be happy. For me, to become mentally healthy is to do all of those activities. It is one of my ways to be happy as well as to overcome depression. Doing those activities in one month, helps me to live my life wonderful and create some memorable moments.

I deal my stress through listening to musics and playing DOTA because whenever I’m listening to music and play Dota, i feel so relaxed and calm. If I’m, so stress, for me to be calm, relaxed and to meditate myself I will put myself into the place where I’m all alone to feel relieved because it is my only way to overcome stress. According to Selye’s Adaptation Theory, people who experience stress may encounter 3 stages which is the Alarm, Resistance and Exhaustion wherein people may encounter hardship. So in my case, to overcome that stages I will make myself calm, relaxed by listening to music and playing DOTA becuase that is how I deal my stress.

Dear self,

I should put in my mind that myself needs to study hard so that my father will be proud of me, If and only I can have higher grades but I need to strive harder to seek success in my life. Don’t forget also to do responsibilities as a teenager and also in the house as an elder to my siblings. Do whats the best or good for me so that I can reach my goal.

What I feel about myself/expectations

My expectations of my family is that they expect me to have a high grades in class and they expected that I’m good also. I feel that they were expected a lot from me because I can see it in their eyes through their emotions and actions, also the way they treated me. I also feel that my father was expecting that I;m good in the house but I’m not, sometimes.

One of my goals in life is to become a police. I like police because it was my dream since childhood days. And I always used to play toy guns with my father and brother. I want to become a police someday because I want to protect and serve our country and make it a better place. In order to achieve that goals, I must work hard and have faith in God. I know that someday, I could achieve that goals and I will make sure that all the efforts and hard work of my father will won’t waste.

This is one of my achievements in life. I graduated junior high School in La Salle Academy Night high school and I’m so proud of it. During my junior years, I have lots of unforgettable moments like playing in a badminton competition, joining duet contest, receiving achievements awards and to be a part of chess competition. To tell you honestly, until now I still can’t believe that I pass junior high school. I am just so happy because I have my family, friends, close friends that will support, guide and help me in every problems I encounter in my life. My dad is really eager to work just to support me. I know that in the future I still have a lot to achieve.

I choose this mandala to represent myself because my life is like a wolf. I know how to take care of myself, I also know how to solve my problems but sometimes I’m having difficulties in solving some of my problems. Somehow, I misunderstood people that I’ve encounter.
