Some anti-overthinking reminders I tell myself regularly

- nobody pays nearly as much attention to how you look as you do. It doesn't matter.

- nobody remembers your cringe moments nearly as well as you do. Nobody cares.

- any outfit is a good outfit with enough confidence

- people are like toddlers - if you act like nothing happened, they're probably not gonna think bout it twice. This is in the context of awkward moments.

- cringe memory resurfacing and it makes you feel like you hate yourself? You don't hate yourself, you hate that memory boo.

- have two choices you can't pick between? Turn your brain off and go with the one that pulls you more. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter.

- nothing matters, fuck yeah dude
