Post purchase page on AppSumo.  They make you feel like you are getting a discount because of an action you took. Then they use relativity (reduction in pricing compared to "normal." They use scarcity really well (15 minute to purchase). And they reduce friction of buying by using the same credit card you just used to purchase your other item. Did I mention that the item I bought was Free? But I still had to put a credit card down to get it. Brilliant.
