Doubling down.

Okay, I do not enjoy call-out posts (that's why I blocked out the user's name.) But then to not only DOUBLE DOWN and be in ignorance towards the acts of the things by the hands of Israel who is actively killing innocent children, mothers, families, etc. It's abhorrent and warrants me to publicly shame you for your wrongdoing. This is the 2nd time you have pulled this hateful speech in general along with your "friend" I'm assuming and it's disgusting!

I get it, having a war in a person's country then asking for them to care about another would be pretty hard but to not leave it at that and instead be rude and disgusting is no excuse and you should be deeply ashamed.

People like this should not at ALL be in the Psychopomp community.

i wanted to add on to this because looking through their blog, i found some. really odd posts about psychopomp & the topic of being queer. i don't know if any of this has been addressed by other people, but if so please inform me

what i wanted to bring up is them referring to Prince as a hermaphrodite. why not just say intersex? if i remember correctly, hermaphrodite is a harmful way to refer to intersex people as it only dumbs them down to their physical features.

"him being hermaphrodite, aka both male and female at the same time" this confirms that op is talking about biology (or some field that branches off of it?), not the goddess. i get their point, although op is referring to a person, not an animal.

also??????? this??.???? there was really no need to be so aggressive. i apologize for the excessive use of the highlight tool, but come on dude. this is just blatantly transphobic, there is no excuse for this. even if it was made in a fit of rage, nobody suddenly starts pushing transphobic bullshit just because they're mad.

i think venucury can be well written if you really look into their relationship tbh. of course it doesn't HAVE to be romantic, it can be queerplatonic or even just platonic. though that doesn't mean romantic venucury can't be as well written as platonic venucury. personally it's not my cup of tea because I hc venus to be aroace but ykwim

reasoning why I hc him to be intersex

1. the mercury symbol is also a symbol to represent intersex people. at least according to the wikipedia

2. he is queer & supports queer people in my take/au/whatever of psychopomp (also because of that one post by karbonic that explains the evren's culture)

3. i think intersex people are underrepresented in fiction + the above reasons

4. evil woke mind virus (joke, i am not a bigot. i support all of my queer friends, happy pride month to you all)

bonus fact he's also gender-nonconforming in my au/take whatever the fuck you call it someone give me a term for it. also where the hell are all the mercury gifs does tumblr not use tenor as its source of gifs
